Buy this Instead of a Real Drum Kit

This is a great little space-saving instrument for the person who wants a drum set, but there’s no way they’re getting one. It’s fun to play, and has lots of great features. The volume goes really loud for when no one else is home, but also really soft (or you can use wired headphones) for when you need to be quieter. They seem to have thought of everything you might need. There’s a good video review here that goes over all the details. My video shows us playing the drums. Definitely a fun toy for a kid, or a good instrument for someone older who wants to make their own music.

Amazing product, deceptive battery capacity...

This is a great way to introduce yourself to drumming. Much better than wasting $400 and learning how much you hate drumming.

Anywho I need to point out something, the rated capacity of this set is 2400mah But when I opened the set I saw how they use 2000mah lipo cells.

Why lie? It's such a good product. I hope you guys fix this soon and I'll make it up by giving you the rest of the five stars because it's such a good product.

Always trying things to get my son away from the video games!! I’m still glad I purchased this drum kit though. The sound quality is great and I myself had fun playing on it. You feel like you got more than you paid for with this item- which is hard to come by these days. I know it will come in handy on one of those random days in the future when we least expect it.
All in all I think this would be a GREAT gift for someone wanting to learn how to drum. My kid was like that once and we got him an actual drum kit....... this would’ve been a better bye/ and much more peaceful!

Sorry.. Didnt mean to make that religious. This thing is pretty fun.. The foot peddles are a great addition. My son is five so you can imagine the music im gifted with when he gets going. Luckily, it has great vilume settings and you can hook up headphones. Im surpised at the good quality for the price. Its small but its mighty.

So excuse my bias as a musician and recording producer. But...
All that aside, within 10 minutes of operation the device shocked me, not one but three times.
Now onto the actual function of the "drum machine"
Well its usb such with recording programs is borderline useless. It will work but plays random notes and you can't set it up to trigger what you want. (I was so hopeful for this function as a Trigger pad. )
Next, just as a drum pad alone, if the pad is not on the correct surface when you hit the a pad with a drum stick it will trigger other pads to play as well. So the margin for error is huge and no good for playing live events.

I would say this is just a toy for beginners and kids would be a lie since the product shocked me several times aside from the three in the beginning.

I say stay away or at least buy the warranty.
