I am now more confident in what I am doing and the path I have decided on as what I have been thinking about getting an MSP off the ground has been confirmed in this book. That alone is worth the very reasonable price of the book.
You will find several jems and useful ideas throughout and most importantly its not that long of a read so you can spend more time focusing on building your business.
I did sign up as a member on the tribe website before finishing the book so maybe their is a little bit of bias there but the content on the website is another level of awesome. I had looked at other sites but decided they were way to expensive. One is actually mentioned as Nigels inspiration.
Read this first then check out the website you will not be disappointed.
That journey, as Nigel mentions in his book is not easy, and many times I have questioned if I'm doing the right thing. This book which I read cover to cover last night - it is a quick read, validated that I am on the right path and it provided me with some useful sales and marketing information to boot - although I'm sure that wasn't Nigel's intention.
I would recommend this book to anyone running or thinking about running an MSP or wanting to make the change to a value-based offering. I would also recommend joining a peer group, as it's lonely on your own, and the Tech Tribe is a great place to start.
