Wall Street Journal bestselling author Nicole Snow returns with a laugh-out-loud wild office romance where two total opposites fight to deny their perfect chemistry.
I've caught a raging case of bosshole.
Signing on as a company driver for Brandt Ideas felt like a dream.
Big-girl salary. Stellar benefits. Glorious people—minus one.
Nicholas Brandt was put on Earth to drive me insane.
Of course, he's my bossman.
He spent the first month mistaking me for a dude.
Then he “apologized” with the grace of a drunken moose.
A perfect grump with a brutal reputation.
A heart-thief sculpted like a fallen angel.
A master at making me question all of my life decisions.
Why is it always the terrible ones who make a girl tingle?
The longer I'm stuck with Satan in endless Chicago traffic, the faster he wears me down.
When he needs a “date” at this rich-people charity dance, I crack.
I say yes.
I kiss my incurable, broken, off-limits boss—and God help me, I like it.
I invite disasters fated to rip my heart out.
And just when Nick Brandt can't cut my life into tinier confetti, the unthinkable does.
Guess who wants to save me.
Now guess how much barbed wire I've got to keep Mr. Anti-Perfect in exile...
Full-length enemies-to-lovers romance overflowing with hilarious quips, teary-eyed twists, and slow-burn steam that sizzles off the pages. A magnificently bad-tempered boss pursues his spitfire driver in a knock down, claiming, need-you-to-live whirlwind to the Happily Ever After.

When Reese’s older sister Abby gets herself in some very bad trouble, 25yo Reese becomes sole caregiver to mischievous and precocious Millie. Reese has been the chauffeur for the Brandt clan so how was this going to work? What 31yo Nick does for her while thinking he’s just being a good employer, will touch you. They have such magnetism that even when they’re fighting, it is swexy. Beyond that, more hilarity occurs when he comes out of his drunken stupor and finds that Halle is not a young man, but a petite woman…and HOT! There wouldn’t be much of a story without a “villain” and this book has TWO. I really can’t say enough great things about this book. It’s humorous, angsty, VERY steamy and there are ups-and-downs. The epilogue was interesting since we’re introduced to an entirely new character at the end of the book. Is this forshadowing for Ms. Snow’s next book? I personally would like to have a story about Roland Osprey. He was hateful in any other book where he played a part, but showed some redeemable characteristics in this one. Can somebody tame his meanness?
I volunteered to review an ARC of this book and I would give it more than 5 steamy stars if I could!
Nicholas (Nick) Brandt and his brother Ward runs their grandmother’s business—Brandt Ideas. Nick is very handsome, tall, sexy, arrogant, grumpy, and a playboy billionaire whose full of himself and his reputation precedes him. He’s the type of man every woman desires and longed to have.
Reese Halle is a chauffeur or corporate driver for Brandt Ideas. She was hired by Beatrice Brandt, the grandmother and owner of the company, who is now retired. Reese loves her job for driving and it also provides her an opportunity to help her sister Abby and her four year old niece, Millie—her only family members. For quite some time, during their rides to the office, Nick would talk to Reese like a confidant because quite frankly—he thought she was a guy… until he found out she wasn’t (oops)! Nick asked Reese to attend a ball to rebuff his ex-girlfriend—what a doofus guy, right! When things were starting to look up for Reese, then an incident happens that exposes Abby, Millie, and herself to danger, and what Reese begins to uncover, with the help of Nick, threatens everything—and puts her life in the crosshairs. What else will be stirred up in the murky depths of Reese’s family life? Both Reese and Nick have preconceived notions of the other, but they find out they have more in common than they expect. The crazy attraction they both have for each other with slow-burn chemistry that is off-the-chart hot!
This story is entertaining and fervent with a dash of dreams coming true. There are several twists and turns within the story that makes it interesting. Nicole Snow satisfies hearts longing for laughter in their love stories, with some suspense, and battle of wits is tremendously fun—acerbic and sexy and filled with tension. I highly RECOMMEND this book—you won’t regret it!

As I said there wasn't a bad story line going on just annoying characters.
I have never read a book by Nicole Snow that hasn't blown me away , and this one most certainly didn't disappoint.
Nick and Reese's story will have you laughing, swooning, getting angry ( on their behalf ), and basically falling in love with them , and their story .
Such a brilliant must read
