I really love how this series is incorporated into the other two series i in the Templeverse. This series also has great, memorable characters and I can't wait to keep reading.

As with the central Nate Templeton books, these books (1st three in this series) draw from a variety of sources. Combine magic, urban fantasy, mythologies, fairy tales on top of the author's acknowledgement of authors he likes. Cleverly weaves in connections to the central series, while also keeping its own storyline(s). Ongoing fun makes you want to keep reading rather than getting any sleep.

Enjoy the first 3 stories of Boston’s resident... something. It’s always hard to review box sets but rest assured it’s a fun ride in a different Freak city. Sharing a world with both Nate Temple and Callie Penrose Quinn sees some familiar faces but stands all on her own.
A good time.
