digital version slight hassle
Verified purchase
in order to get the digital version on my itunes, i had to create an account at moviesanywhere.com (previously disneymoviesanywhere apparently).
then i had to link my itunes to my website account by signing into itunes through their website. then, when i typed in my redemption code on the website, it automatically added to my "purchased" tab in my iTunes to be downloaded if I desired.
Definitely not as easy as others, but still got it done!
also, when signing into itunes on the website, it was actually labeled apple TV instead of itunes. I don't have apple tv, but it still worked!

Great movie

The animation is impressive as well as the music. My five-year-old grandson loves this movie has watched it over and over on our Dish DVR. He loves the song "Thunder" by AC/DC in this movie. His parents do not have the movie channels in their package and missed watching it. So I ordered it for him and he was very happy to get it in the mail yesterday. I'm pretty sure his parents will approve once they get the first chance of many to watch! Highly recommend this movie for kids who love "Cars".

Perfect for a 2 year old who LOVES Cars (the movie)

My 2yr old niece is IN LOVE with McQueen. That's all she talks about. "blah, blah, blah, McQueen", "McQueen, blah, blah, blah", "Katchow". So, last time I babysat her, I didn't want to sit through Cars for the 43rd time, so I rented Planes: Fire & Rescue. BINGO!! She loved it. Although, she did say "cars" 20 times during the first 15 minutes, I finally got her to say "planes". It kept her attention the whole time and she even reacted to several scenes.

Great movie for the whole family

My children loved Planes. In enjoyed the Navy parts but in general, I felt Planes was substantially lacking some depth. I just didn't care about the characters and I rolled my eyes at the attempts to pull a laugh out of the kids using bathroom humor. Planes Fire and Rescue though, now this is a different picture all together.

The kids once again loved the characters and the flying, but I felt myself getting hooked on the story and character development. It became a classic for us during the summer and once released on Blu Ray, I had to buy it. It makes me wonder, to complete the trilogy, if the third movie is going to be even better? The do seem to be tracking that way.

I think he is lost in the excitement and loved the planes

My 3 year old loves this movie and watches again and again!

We struggle with movies appropriate for him--he is sensitive and is often frightened or saddened by scenes in Disney movies. But even thought there is a large fire and some treachery, I think he is lost in the excitement and loved the planes, so he is not frightened.

This movie is so much better than the original planes! He is bored with that one in the first 5 minutes.

Good seller. I like this movie!

No issues with the disc or the dvd case. I really enjoy both Planes movies BUT the first one in my opinion is the epic one. A few characters from the first movie but a lot of new characters, not the best theme in comparison to the first movie. I enjoyed it.

iTunes!!

The kids love it so in my book this gets five stars! My angel saw this in the movie theater and when it was released, I had to buy it because my angel loved the movie!

It does download rather easily. I have the Disney Anywhere app but I did not download it to that app as I downloaded it directly to iTunes and then it automatically went to the Disney app. I first opened iTunes, then I went to the digital plus website, entered my code from the enclosed DVD insert, okayed the pop-up window and then a different code from the code from the insert was placed in the iTunes redeem window. I pressed redeemed, I pressed download movie now or I could have chosen to download later and the download began.
