I like the parts in the book where I learned about my discipline style and also how to confront myself to increase my awareness. Great read, very informative!
It has helped me understand that one has to get out of the shell to overcome laziness and get things done. A must read for every individual as I can bet it will certainly help to understand and break the 5-step cycle of laziness.
