The real cause for my low rating is the insane amount of errata, there are sloppy mistakes all over the book to the point I can't tell if the editors know anything about computer science. It creates headaches with things the student shouldn't really be concerned with.
The provided code you're supposed to use for assignments is an even bigger mess, I spent more time fixing broken code than actually working on the conceptual parts of my assignments. Yes debugging is a good skill to learn but when you're learning about algorithm implementations it's counter-productive to waste your time fixing template errors.
For a 7th edition of a book it's pretty unforgivable. To any students who are forced to use it, start your projects/assignments early and test out the implementations for the headers/etc. that you're given. Many of the chapters re-use the same template classes and if you fixed them earlier in the course you'll save yourself a lot of headache later.
