This was one of those books that just sucked you in from the beginning and didnt let go. Now ill admit I have had this on my tbr for a while but the blurb for the book wasn't really catchy I guess, well I was definitely proved wrong. Sadie is such a strong character and funny. I loved her barbs and antics. She was so underestimated. Her inner dialogue showed her vulnerable side. Whether it be because she always talked down about herself, not in a depressing way but as if she wasn't worthy or because she showed that she did feel all the pain she endured she just pushed through it. Then we have the men. We don't get much insight into their minds as they don't really have that many pov chapters but we get enough to know their obsession with sadie. Jax is the strong alpha alpha with a calm and steady demeanour. Even though he gets growly for sadie. Then We have cobra. Cobra, in his words, is damaged. He has a void in him that always tries to swallow him whole. Even though we know he's just as obsessed with sadie, he chooses to antagonize and rile her up instead. Last ascher, the hot headed alpha. He is just as mean as cobra with taunting Sadie and making her mad always calling her princess. We r swept up in the whirlwind of Sadie thinking she is a null shifter into suddenly becoming the first female alpha. There's so much action and storyline in this that I don't want to put it down. Plus with the cliffhanger at the end I just know this story is going to get even better. I can't wait to see what happens next!!

Very interesting and entertaining read indeed!! I kinda of stumble into this series by mistake drawn by the intriguing book cover. Reading the series out of order starting with Aran's story which I enjoy can't wait for the next book. I like this new take on shifters and the Omegaverse. I felt like this story gave you a mix of scenarios while Sadie could whole her own, but some how ends up being in dire situations where she needs the help of her fellow Alpha. This series is also definitely a slow-burn, as there no Insta-anything the guys are a little obsess and possessive of Sadie, but you can tell it's going to take a moment for anything to form between this harem. Let hope and keep our fingers crossed that they'll be more smut in the next books since the guys are just barely starting to tolerate Sadie looking forward to some spice and steam between them all.

The world Sadie lives in sucks. There’s power, and violence and abuse mainly on her. This wouldn’t isn’t the nicest but I find myself intrigued by all that is going on. Who is Sadie? Why was she given to Dick? What is she really? I enjoyed her inner monologues and explanations everything was shown and not told. Only a few things were glossed over but all in all the book is fast paced but isn’t bad.

Even though the alphas are violent and scary, I still find myself intrigued by Sadie being intrigued by them. I love Cobra he’s a squishy marshmallow inside and hard outside. I love characters like that. I like Jax too. Ascher I’m not certain about.

The book does do a few things that are annoying. Certain phrases are repeated only a few sentences after saying the same thing only in a slightly different way. The constant overuse of tiny, small etc we get it our FMC Sadie is tiny. Got it move on or find new words with a thesaurus.

Overall though just despite those few minor issues the book is interesting. I like not being able to predict what might happen. I suspected the fuzz ball but I did not suspect the person who did the nefarious thing. Even though they think it was for a good reason I’m not certain the alphas will feel the same.

Looking forward to reading the rest.

I really like this story's unique fae/shifter system and vague political intrigue. I do wish there had been a bit more background details for Sadie and her sister and their world. I very much like the diverse characters. I would only recommend that Jasmine Mas would please stop using the word "massive" so frequently. Please find a more exciting description and switch it up!! Otherwise, this is a fantastic read, and I will definitely be continuing with the series.

Psycho Shifters is a quick and enjoyable read. What I love most about it is the unpredictability of it, you never know what is going to happen next! It's very refreshing.

I love the MFC, Sadie. She is extremely blunt, does her best to be a BAMF, but at the same time, all she wants is to have one easy day. Love her sense of humor! The MMCs, Ascher, Cobra, and Jax are all alphaholes in their own fashion. And all three of them sound incredibly desirable to Sadie. There is definitely some bully romance going on here.

I will say that I wish there was a bit more spice to it then there was. But the lack of spice did not detract from the story or from me enjoying the first book of the Cruel Shifterverse. I'm super excited for book 2!

Abused since she was a child, Sadie’s life takes a turn for the unexpected when she gets tested as a 20yo.

Thrown in a situation she’s not prepared for, she showed a strength of character that I can only admire. She was likable and funny and so so mysterious. The guys didn’t make it easy for her and were downright mean at times but they still care in their own way. They also hide a lot themselves so it’ll be interesting to see the trust grow between them all.

As for the world building, it was the amount I’m comfortable with. No long winded description but enough background to keep me interested and want to know more especially as it seems the characters’ knowledge of their own world is full of lies and deceit.

Good start to the series with an interesting plot line and a cliffhanger that left me … well hanging for sure. I’ll definitely read the next book.

This started off as a kickass action packed female leading witty story. Sadie is hilarious and defiantly strong. I really like her numb phase. Sort of wished I had that against all the crap Ive had to encounter in my life (excluding the homicidal murderous actions ofc).

I've never liked Reverse Harem (RH) books because I've always believed a person should be with their one and only love. Not multiple. And although it doesn't advertise it as such, the story is RH. The 3 male alphas are together 'together' and they all want Sadie as well to be part of their little sexual groupie.

Not my thing sorry! Had it not had that factor involved, then I'd be all for it.

I only give 5 stars if it has managed to engage extra emotions from me - extreme lol moments or real teary moments etc. A 5 stars book tends to have me raging about cliff hangers and (legally and not creepily) stalking the author for release dates.

4 stars - 2 days to read or less. A book that I have quite enjoyed reading, feisty MC and some racy scenes with thier romantic interest. I would definitely follow a series and author for 4 star books.

3 stars - takes around 2/3 days to read, usually because I have become distracted and less engaged in some sections but by the end the end I have enjoyed the overall story and would read any sequels.

1/2 stars not given, as I have usually returned it without finishing as I'm not engaged. .

overall i enjoyed the storyline and style of writing. the only issue i had was the description of the love interests, it was a bit off putting. One of the 3 guys... Cobra was described as having Diamonds embedded all over his skin which doesn't seems enticing (and feels odd ) and another with large horns. So i mentally tried to block that each time it was mentioned, and it was mentioned a lot and tried to imagine my own version of them. despite that i liked the story and i am interested to see what happens next. I would have liked to see her more confident. the book does end on a cliff hanger. im off to buy the next one.

Ive had this book in my TBR for ages as i was waiting on it being completed. Sooo many people recommended it i was super excited to sit down and start. I was quickly disappointed and shocked that this was even published...the writing level is atrocious with so many unnecessary repetitions with very little character or world building. Its amazing how different people can thoroughly enjoy this book, im presuming its because they have a lower reading level as quite frankly this reads like a high school project.
