After hearing Michele's interview on Coast to Coast AM, I had to read this book! Michele's awakening is an inspiration to us all.
Facing fear of the unknown and dealing with ridicule, is some of what many that experience the supernatural deal with. I do think most are grateful to have a peek beyond our reality. Michele proves herself to be so transparent and descriptive, of a period in her life that has had its mixed blessings. When you have extraordinary paranormal events in your life, as I have also, you feel compelled to let others know of these things taking place. Michele does more than that. She allows us to be privileged to her most inner thoughts and day to day life. These paranormal events end up being something that affects each aspect of her life as she tries to integrate it all. In her case, she's had many witnessing some of these events with her. This had to be a bit of relief for her. Like many believe, things happen for a reason, just remain open minded.
I really hope for more to be published by this author. She keeps you wanting to read more, describing things with such clarity and honesty. You may find, as in this story, the metaphysical has a profound affect throughout our lives. If I was half the writer Michele is, I'd be writing of my own experiences!

I wish she wouldn't have gone into too much detail about the way she took all that verbal abuse. By the end of the book, I couldn't stand either one of the characters. I cannot believe she put herself and her boys through all that abuse. She certainly didn't fit the profile of an abused wife. She was a career woman, not a high school dropout!
I found some of the chapters rather boring. Her writing style is strange. It annoyed me to death how she would make up her own contractions. Instead of saying "he'll," she would write "John'll." There were grammatical errors and typos. What happened to editing?
I felt she should have gone into more detail about what she experienced during the exorcism and less detail about her sexual escapades.

The author is an honest and authentic spiritual woman who writes and describes exactly what we all think. A true tide change.
This novel is full of spiritual growth and insight plus psychological curve balls. It is on the cusp suspense throughout.
Only for those who actually want to gain insight into what others are truly thinking and feeling.. A genuine and useful gift of knowledge.
