Not just for kids! Fun for casual adult players, too

I was dubious about how well this dartboard would work, but I had mentioned to a family member that I wanted to find a small "activity" gift to give my partner that would break up some of our quarantine monotony at home, and they recommended this particular set so I decided to give it a go. It was relatively inexpensive and definitely something different for us to do, and I figured I could always return it if he didn't like it.

Thankfully, the recipient was really happy with this and got it out right away for us to play. The magnets are surprisingly strong! The magnetic darts seem to hold to this board about as well as real darts stick in corkboard targets, at least for a casual player like me. Even when the target is sort of dangling and not fully up against a hard backdrop, the darts stick. I've included a video to demonstrate for others who may share my initial doubts about how well these would stick. If this worked for us adults, I feel like it would be great (and much safer than real darts!) for kids.

I was also pleased that the set includes enough darts for us to play with friends once quarantine is over. The darts themselves are securely attached to the magnets and held up to our terrible aim causing them to drop a number of times. The plastic isn't quite as rigid as bar room darts I've played, so if you're overly concerned about them staying 100% straight and accurate this might not be the set for you, but it's definitely fun for casual play at home, and we did not notice any issues with accuracy. This setup actually fits perfectly in our house, where we don't have a space we'd want to dedicate to mounting a permanently installed traditional dartboard, but still gives us the opportunity to play when we feel like it. Plus it has two boards in one! I've included a photo to show the side not in my video. I'll have to brush up on the rules of the game to learn how to use both boards, but for now, I can safely say this was a good purchase and a well received gift.

It will be delivered in a tube, hence it is rolled up. It is not very flexible, thereby it is not flat when hanging it on the wall, making it a little difficult to use. I suggest looking elsewhere for a better product.

I used to have one of these as a kid except my version was never this cool.

The first thing you notice when you pull it out of the box is how heavy the board and darts are. There is a great stick on you hit the board so the darts don't slide off. When you first get the board, lay it flat for a while so it evens out. It's a little bowed in my pic but, that is because I'm rewrapping for Christmas.

The only thing missing from this set is a scorekeeper but there are plenty of apps that work better than pen & paper IMO.

This looks like a great gift for family fun, that even younger ones can safely play with. I'm a fan.

This has been so much fun! We use this all the time. I hung it on a hook in the living room temporarily and it’s just stayed there lol! The family plays it and loves it. The plan was to take it camping but we forgot it. Lol! There will be more opportunities but we do use it and the magnetic darts hold great. It’s very fun.

This was a great gift for family fun, that younger ones can safely play with. Comes with 3 darts for different colors. Magnets are strong and stays on board. Everything’s fine, just wish the dart can be a little longer so it can throw farther.
