My Favorite Series of Bass Lures
Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2016
This lure catches large mouth bass in any lake where there are bluegills. It casts like a bullet and has a subtle wobble that attracts hard strikes. The bluegill color scheme is very realistic and the the shape is deep bodied like a bluegill. The finish holds up reasonably well when the lure is ripped through coon tail grass where bass hunt for bait fish. The hardware is high quality because its very sharp hooks hold their point and the split rings do not bend out under typical fishing pressure. There is a rattle inside that is not too loud. It floats to the surface when paused, which helps keep it from hanging up in rocks or submerged branches. Each lure in the DT series not only dives to a specific depth, but that depth is marked on the lip of the lure so you always know how it will perform without having to keep separate notes.
