As one threat is removed a new one is discovered

Ambassador Sylvia Todorovich visits a Drifter colony to negotiate having them mediate peace talks between the La-Tar Cluster and the Kozun Hierarchy while Henry Wong is back in Zion as Raven is repaired and the newest fighters with a break through propulsion system are loaded aboard. They are each successful in their own way but as the join to travel to the negotiations, nether cannot escape that niggle of fear about betrayal. UPS leadership has also secretly ordered a fleet out to the Ra Sector on a short term limited mission to provide backup and protect the budding trade interests in the Ra Sector. It contains the carrier under command of Peter Barrie which adds personal stress to the situation.
If all the above makes no sense to you, let me just invite you too once again visit the many unique and immersive milieus of Glynn Stewart. His universe building is fastasic and this series has grown from the first in the series, which I had to star three times to make it to the conclusion, to my favorite among his current series. As is the nature with of established series, the outcome is rarely in doubt. The “good” protagonists will prevail, although the price may be high, and return to fight again. It is the journey that makes the story and Raven’s Course makes that journey in a way that will stay with any reader dedicated enough to immerse the storyline long after it is finished.
Safe to say, although the ship(s) and staff may change, Henry and Sylvia will be back to pick up the pieces and continue their work to bring peace to the Ra Sector.
