Can’t see Maher on Friday night. OK. But now on Saturday night episode 4 still hasn’t dropped. This sucks

Great show, Amazon should do more to get it on in time.

Not sure if Amazon Prime dropped Bill Maher altogether or if they just can't get the Friday night HBO episode to me by Saturday? It's been going great for a while but no Bill Maher as of Sat at 2:30pm! I may as well just get HBO direct and not through Amazon, certainly more reliable.

I pay for anHBO subscription, Why is the new episode (season 19/episode 2) of Bill Maher’s Real Time not available?

It is really getting old that not only can I not see Real Time with Bill Maher
on the day it airs .... FRIDAY, but now either Amazon or HBO don't even
bother to release the show the next day, i.e. today, Sat. Feb 6th, 2021.

Please tell me what it is I am paying for because Real Time was on the of the
reasons I subscribed to HBO to begin with?

Other than that, I would downrate (-1) Bill Maher because the last few years
he has gotten weirder with his medical theories and some of his interviewees,
more sympathetic with Right-wing looney theories, and just not as funny.

I am sure this has to do with the pandemic and not being able to get out of the
house and for Bill not to have a live audience to react to, but come on, are these
folks professionals or not? There have been many good years of Real Time, maybe
it's time to hang it up, or find a new host like John Stewart did?

In any case, it really should be up to HBO to get these shows out to paying customers,
even if we are on HBO through Amazon Prime. HBO - please get with it!

Thought provoking and full of entertaining commentary. Bill Maher doesn't shy away from guests that challenge his point of view. I am describing guests that are experts in their fields and professions who don't shy from correcting Bill. I am not referring the controversial guests that believe every thought that passes thru their heads is a fact versus their opinion.

By the way, what's with the reviews from self-described fans of the show that are issuing 1 star reviews because of Amazon's tardiness in having an episode ready? It has NOTHING to do with the show, but still giving a 1 star review due to Amazon's fault? How does that help a show that you "love"? Rethink your strategy. You want Amazon to have the episode ready the Saturday after the show aired, then complain to Amazon Prime video.

About 20 year's ago I saw an interview with Bill Maher. The Announcer asked what he thought about the Republican's winning full control of the Congress, Senate and Presidency. He said they will be great for Comedy. With that I never laughed so hard for the next 8 years.

I truly don't understand the irrational extremes of politics, (ok, I do, we simple apes) but no matter how one leans politically folks like Bill Maher are required reading or watching. Years ago I think he wrote the best response to 9-11 out there (on a popular level). Anyway. Great stuff and no, I don't always agree with him or enjoy his attitude, but it's important stuff folks.
