Consistency across the stories is maintained very well, with the writers creating a variety of plots across 66 episodes that produce curiosity, concern for the characters, and successful resolutions which are satisfying even while predictable to a certain extent. Emotionally bonding with the characters sustains individual integrity and heightened arousal to see each next episode. Occasionally campy but not overburdening the viewer. We enjoyed learning and then being to able to predict certain elements of characters and plot. It is a good series for teenagers, young adults, and retirees such as this reviewer. And if one has Alzheimer's then these can be watched again and again after they are forgotten. Note that there is emphasis on bulging breasts barely contained by strained fabrics, that lead this reviewer to conclude the original target audience was teenage boys, young men, and some of us older men. There are plenty of pretty women, handsome men, and woman-powerful defensive personal combat. Tia Carrere is fun to watch, and encouraging to young girls and women given the intelligence and wide-ranging skills she represents in these videos.
