How customer reviews and ratings work

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

5.0 out of 5 starsRead it 3 times, and I found out this is the Best financial book for one to become rich.
Reviewed in the United States on January 19, 2019
I’ve read and listen to audio version 3 times and at the third time I found out actually this is the truly the best investment book I’ve ever read.
I had read several books from other great investment mentors such as Tony Robbins, the problem is, they are the one teach you to be wealthy as a middle class, but Robert Kiyosaki is the one really guiding me to be a rich man.
tho I love the whole book but currently the chapters serves me the best is the first 10 chapters, on my third time reading them I finally learned the core lessons such as:
Mindset to become a player in this money game
It doesn’t take money to make money
How following a simple boring formula and make a plan can make me rich ultimately.

I truly enjoyed these priceless content, in my opinion people rate low on this book are the ones want a clear answer on “what do I invest in” but it just don’t work that way
Financial Literacy always trumps hot tips

Unless your already a multi multi millionaire this info is not all that useful, read the first and second books and leave it at that. He talks about how to make a company then very basics of IPO. There are much better investing books for 99.9% of people: The Intelligent Investor (value and Fundamental investing), Common stocks and Uncommon profits by Fisher (Growth investing), Reminisces of a Stock market operator (The psychological aspects of trading and investing), Technical Analysis Explained, Options Futures and Other Derivatives, Principles by Ray Dalio, Equity Smart Beta for Practitioners (3 and 4 factor model based investment vehicles and smart beta momentum, min vol, size and value currently), also Peter Lynches book one up on wall st. Robert has a lot to teach but this is not what he knows. He even alludes to using insurance products probably annuity's? Its not wrong, its just not useful under 20 million net worth unless you have not read his other books. Want to know how to invest for 99.9% of people, read the other books above.

This is my first Book review on Amazon or ever, so I'll try to keep short and to the point.

When I first found and bought this book, I thought it was, as the name states, a guide to investing. To my surprise, I found it anything but that.
He speaks as he always does on the mindset and how to approach the world of investing, the different types of investors and so on..
I found it very irritating that he kept referring to his Rich Dad in every bit of advice he gives, a sort of scapegoat to me. Especially, since Rich Dad is not a real person according to many interview done with him.

The silver lining is that there are some solid key points here and there, but what I have to say is that: *it does not take +400 pages to say what he has to say* he is literally rehashing old stories from the first two books and retelling them times and times again.
In all honesty, I started this review with a 4-stars review and dropped it to 3-stars in the middle of this review and now at the end of it I'm not even sure if those 3-stars are a correct assessment of the merit of his book.

In his defense, he did say he is a Best-SELLER not a best-writer.

5.0 out of 5 stars The ultimate Rich Dad's Lessons
Reviewed in the United States on July 7, 2020

As being the third and final book in the original Rich Dad's series, this book has done an exceptional job of both summarizing Robert's Rich dad's financial concepts AND deepening the essential knowledge to become a successful investor as well as to achieve the ultimate financial freedom.

For that same reason, the first half of the book can seem to be simply repeating the previous books' lessons, such as the cash flow quadrants, the true differences between assets and liabilities, the rich dad vs. poor dad stories; however, the second half of the book went into the extreme details of how to intelligently invest (e.g. how to calculate financial ratios to value a business and an investment opportunity, how to effectively operate your own business, or how to create passive income streams from investment).

You need to be patient when reading this book, especially if you have read the first two books in the serie. You will be able to gain a lot of new knowledge if you keep your mind opened and curious to learn. While I agree with some other negative comments that the book can be much more concise, I personally believe that the repetition of some critical lessons really help them stay much longer and deeper in my head. This book is thick and contains lots of financial advices, so I highly recommend it to people who have been following this serie and are debating if this book is worth it.

No, Robert will not give you the exact answers on which specific stocks to buy or what locations to build a house on. This book is not about that, and it should NOT be. Your investment portfolio should be built on the foundation of your financial needs and vision, not others' vision for your financial needs. Instead, Robert gave you rock-solid knowledge and foundation on financial literacy and investments so that you can build your OWN investment and business empire. Go for it, read this book, finish the serie, absorb the knowledge, and you will become a much better version of yourself. That is exactly what I have been able to get out from this serie, and I hope you will, too. Again, I highly recommend this book.

2.0 out of 5 stars Too much fluff

This book would've been much better as an article. You really get the impression that it was limited content stretched out to fill enough pages to sell a book and promote a board game. I realize repetition is a teaching tool, but the repetition of some pages seemed - again - to be more about filling pages to sell as a book. Not enough good content to recommend reading.

2.0 out of 5 stars Lacking meaningful content

It did not really go into depth describing investments. It was more a motivational book about "making money work for you" and "getting out of the rat race." I would have rated higher if there was more concrete advice instead of glittering generalities.

5.0 out of 5 stars Be ready to be challenged in your thinking about money and investing

This book is a bit dated now but still has a wealth of information that is applicable to today's markets. I have had to reconsider a number of long held ideas after reflecting on the information presented. This book and any written by the author are well worth the read. Robert does sometimes repeat within the book and often in his other books but that is because he seems to feel very strongly about the information and wants to be sure we get it. This is for the 3% who will change their thinking on money and investing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Read . Points that have changed thinking.

This book changed my mindset about life. There are many great points on investing with deeper thought effect all areas of your life. If I can only now come up with a great idea to start my own business to get me out of the rat race that I have been trained for 37 years to do, may I find the true path in the B quadrant. I never dreamed the things I have been taught just like poor dad taught his son would lock me into this road. My mind is open and the challenge is before me. Thank you Robert for such a great educational inspirational book. I look forward to teaching my five year old your cash flow game as she gets older.

Anything written by Kiyosaki is worth reading if you are at all concerned about your financial future. It is a great read especially if you are a business owner.
I would recommend reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and Cash flow quadrants BEFORE reading this.

This book surpassed my greatest expectations beyond belief I appreciate and thank Robert for his unconditional reverence in regards to financial literacy and Independence. His willingness to share this level of information is what I needed to change my life again thank you Robert I am forever indebted to you.. I noticed my book, "Borne Revolution fight for Humanity" references a lot of your comments and mindset. Your books gave me confirmation about what I thought all along.. I wish you and your wife come the best that life has to offer and I plan to follow in your footsteps
