Writing a plot for a Hallmark movie doesn't take a lot of creativity.

I watch these types of movies when I am not needing much entertainment and don't care if the plot is totally non existent. I have watched a few Hallmark movies that were much better but it either must have to do with when they were made or when they had a better writing pool. There isn't going to be anything here that you haven't seen in every recent hallmark movie made. These days it is like they have just one formula and they use it for just about every show. Frustration, confusion, indecisiveness and then one last scene where the guy gets the girl and an obligatory kiss. Hallmark could use a new script. This one is getting old. But there is one good thing, if you fall asleep you already know how it will end.

So Boring

There is no chemistry whatsoever between the two leads and the dialog is very teenybopper. The female lead lies by omission hiding her long term boyfriend. She's on a mandatory vacation in a million dollar house while she chooses between two good men. Gee, I pity her. This movie is family friendly but definitely one to skip.

Beautiful Location; Weak writing/directing

This had a beautiful setting with a beautiful home and great photography. It made me want to visit Lake Tahoe. The hot air balloon was an interesting business.

The writing/directing was slow and the actors were all nervous. There was way too much talking that had the quality of being made up as they went along. There wasn't much action. There was not much drama or sense of catharsis that was needed to engage your interest.

Very poor writing

I have always enjoyed Hallmark movies, but the writing and plot of this movie was very weak. I watched it because I like the actress, Cindy Busby. But even her acting skills couldn't make this movie worth watching. There was also no chemistry between the two lead actors...... it was a miss for me!

The story was stale, and the acting was odd. I didn't feel any chemistry between the main leads. It is definitely a regret purchase.
