The Roommate Situation: A Romantic Comedy (Only in Atlanta, Book 1) Audible Audiobook – Unabridged
Conor Brady is the hottest man I have ever laid eyes on. Ever. He’s also my new roommate.
In the past few days, I became jobless, homeless, and boyfriendless.
So, I did what any 28-year-old woman with her life together would do: I ran. Far, far away from my life in New York and straight to my big brother’s house in Atlanta.
Only, it turns out that my brother is away on a business trip. And he failed to tell me that a full-on, godlike hottie - who happens to be a premier house flipper - has taken up residence in the spare bedroom while his enormous new house is being renovated.
There’s a million reasons why I shouldn’t fall for Conor.
But our chemistry is undeniable.
Which means I have a teeny, tiny situation on my hands....
The Roommate Situation is a laugh-out-loud funny, swoony, closed-door romantic comedy. Expect some mild language and suggestive jokes alongside sizzling-hot chemistry and tension you could cut with a knife - all without the explicit scenes.

Honestly, the story and characters were amazing. It was very realistic, not over angsty or dramatic, but still thoroughly enjoyable. I felt like all the characters were realistic and 3D. Overall one if the most enjoyable books I’ve read recently.
Jess is sweet and funny, but isn't super confident in herself.
Conor 😏 He's a cocky, fun, flirt. But also a secret cinnamon roll.
The tension is 🤌🏼🤌🏼 Sweet, clean romance.

Highly recommend. I instantly bought The Neighbor War (bk 2)
🌿 Some Quotes:
This is the opposite of simple. In fact, this is messier than a state championship baby back rib-eating contest. The extra-saucy kind.
It’s a foolproof plan. Or, maybe, a plan for a fool. Either way, it’s all I’ve got right now.
That dratted grin tugs at his lips again. The one that makes me want to slap him in the face but also scream “have my babies!”
I was looking for Jess. She was missing in my life. And, with her by my side, I feel whole, complete. Home.
A story about two determined people who are both kind and wonderful people. Filled with friendly characters and obligatory villains, the incredible descriptions and details made the story blossom from the author’s words. The best old fashioned love story in a modern world that anyone could imagine was full of desire but never explicit or anything but pure. A refreshing book in a world where everyone shares graphically way too much! Pure, sweet, and sizzling! I loved every word!
It reminded me that even though everyone has trials and tribulations in life, it how you respond to those things and what you learn from those experiences in order to improve your life.
I did not expect to feel uplifted or it be so thought provoking afterwards, but that is exactly what happened. I encourage others to read it for yourself. You won't be disappointed!
If you love clean fluffy reads with steamy kissing, witty banter, and total belly-laughing moments, then this book is for you! I’m so excited for the next one!

And where do I get me a room mate like Connor? Yes please!
I loved the fact there was no huge drama, yes of course there were misunderstandings but these were dealt with in a really grown up and supportive way.
I’m really looking forward to Aiden and Courtney’s book.
