Emme Grange lives on stories of hope, on tales that tell us we can. She believes

we don’t have to change to be good enough. We already are, just by being ourselves.

Growing up near the Golden Gate Bridge, she spent years searching for the missing manual, "How to Be Normal." Emme knows what it's like to be a reluctant rebel, a modern misfit, a peculiar person. She writes for anybody who needs a story of acceptance and everyone needing a story of encouragement.

Forget the laundry and any plans for the day once you open this book. The author took me into a movie. Caring about each character, even the “villians,” made me unable to put the book down. We all go thru life and face danger. How can we find safety? Learning to communicate, committing to your core people, and continually holding on to hope gives us a good start. There’s so much meat in this book. Not only will this book move a struggling young adult, but it opens the mind and compassion for the parent. Both the first and this second story about Jett Harper has changed my outlook to actually SEE people.
