- A paperweight pretending to be a phone. When you set an alarm, it often doesn't ring. It has no compass. It can't see any wifi networks even when other devices can. It has a hard time maintaining a cell-connection on Vodafone, 3, EE, smarty, and Lebara. While the brand claims its "Samsung" I have had Samsung products before and this thing is nothing like those. I've never encountered an electronic device so incapable of basic functions, or so inconsistent in the functions it has. Even on the few days where it "worked" it was so unreliable that it had the wrong time by 17 minutes! Not the wrong time-zone, just couldn't f-ing keep time right. Its a shocking disgrace. I bought this for a trip because it boasted compability in both North America and Europe, I have not be able to get it to work in USA, Canada, Germany, nor the UK. Less than worthless, it is a positive hindrance.

I expected a lot from this phone since its Samsung even though it was a used phone but the battery life is a joke will hardly last through a conversation and also the previous owner’s data was still on it at least some of it and it kept on sending me notifications with someone’s else’s name on it. If you are on the market for a basic used phone you have found one but make sure its on the charger permanently .Even when i charge it 100% and don’t use it all day the battery still drains off.

I really had to think about purchasing this item, I did research for weeks until I finally convinced myself to order it. The phone was working very well for the first 2 weeks, it was calling perfectly and the person on the other end was loud and clear. After 2.5 weeks the phone has stopped working. It won’t turn on and it won’t charge. I will be returning this item if the seller lets me. Update on this soon.

Cheap backup phone. Has issues.

For the price guess it's a good backup phone & running Android 10. It has issues. Has trouble pairing bluetooth or even being seen. With my 2017 Honda pilot (running android v4). Every time I get back in the car the phone has become unpaired. You need to do reset of all network setting on the phone to try and reconnect it (setting.system.reset.reset newworksetting). Not sure why repairing fails, but think the device name is messed up. And you can't reset the device name either, locked out. The phone shows it has a name - but everything else sees its name as '*', likely the cause of its many BT issues. These same issues do not occur with my S8 or newer samsung S20 or my much older S5-mini (love when they made small phones). Would not buy again. ...and based on issues with my new giant S20 - my next phone may finally be an apple. The OS is so messed up.
