yet I found many helpful new ideas that I can apply as I continue my quest to continuously improve the way I live. Highly recommend this book.
Far more than you'd expect but still very accessible and applicable. Overall, just fantastic.
Does it work? Well, I'm now using a PIYO class that sat in its shipping box for over a year. We'll see.
Update: As of May 23, 2019, I'm down 36 lbs. The book hasn't made me love exercise, but I love the results.

This particular book really resonated with me in how the author explained the challenges, offered solutions and gave some good, clear examples of how the concepts and processes to develop self-discipline translate into real life scenarios.
I'm reading this book over several times to make sure that I have a full understanding of the proposed actions and to make sure that I actually make them a positive 'habit' in my daily life.
