Her parents were both great warriors, and upon her father's death at the hands of their ancestral enemy, the Amalites, his cause becomes hers. Like her father before her, she joins the Sword Masters academy. But while he only kept one secret from the, she is keeping two. When the headmaster's beautiful, willful daughter Jena falls in love with Tarius, thinking she's a man, she know that this, and not an enemy's sword or spear, will be her undoing.
Tarius leads the Armies of the King in battle after battle, securing a victory for him against the Amalites. Then, though she saves the King's life--not once, but twice--she knows that not even this will stop his wrath when he learns all that she truly is.
"Selina Rosen writes an action adventure with a heroine who is as hard as nails, and just as sharp. I guarantee, you won't want to put this one down." --Laura J. Underwood, author of Ard Magister and The Black Hunter.
Across the sea in the land of the Jethrik, the Amalite populations of entire villages are disappearing. A secret group of Amalites are suspected, but no one knows how—or where—they take their prisoners. The Jethrikian king must deal with the problem, but his thoughts lie mostly with his daughter Kasiria. She is the only woman to apply to, and graduate from, the Sword Master’s Academy since the rule forbidding women to fight was struck from the books.
When Jabone and his friends—young Tarius and Ufalla, the children of Tarius’s right-hand man, and Jestia, the wayward magic-wielding daughter of the Queen of the Kartik—want to cross the ocean and join the Jethrikian forces to fight their parents’ enemies, Tarius forbids it at first. Finally she relents and sends them with her blessing and the gift of her knowledge of the enemy.
In a new land, the youths will find love and adventure, and they will learn loyalty, pain, loss, and the truth of battle.
These are the words that Katy longs to scream over and over
at what’s left of the population after the apocalypse she’d
been telling anyone who would listen, was coming.
Now it’s here and she’s set up to become the new king of the
world and everything would be perfect...
If her stupid sons hadn’t decided she was as crazy as everyone
else thought she was and moved away from the safety of their
mother’s bunker into the city, and if the very reporter who
had made her name synonymous with “crack” pot didn’t
wind up pounding on her door as the world around them
YES, THE END OF THE WORLD CAN BE FUNNY
(If you’re ten feet underground with 50 years of supplies)
Spider Webb and her partner Tommy Chan are police detectives on the edge of serious burnout. They've spent too much of their lives and too much energy collaring perps just to watch them slip through gaping holes in the system. So when a vigilante, dubbed "The Fry Guy" by the news media, starts to systematically kill the scum of the city by somehow microwaving their brains, they don't think of him as a "serial killer," they see him as an implement of justice. As far as they're concerned, "The Fry Guy" is doing their job for them and in a way that they never could - a permanent way.
“Strange Robby is a sharp, satisfying page-turner, a thrilling ride like a cross between N.Y.P.D. BLUE and THE X-FILES. Be smart: Buy your ticket –now-.” –Esther M. Friesner
“Selina Rosen’s ‘just like’ nothing else. She’s a creative soul, a builder in wood and stone and words. Out of this absolute wealth of experience come truly outrageous ideas and a way of looking at the universe with attitude with a capital ‘A’. She’s one in a million!” –C.J. Cherryh
“She’s a great gal and a damn good storyteller.” –Michael Sheard

Jesse James was a rock star with the high profile life that went with it. When everything fell apart, as far as Jessy was concerned, she had two choices: blow her brains out or disappear. But after years in seclusion with no one knowing where she is, she realizes that she’s alive, but she isn’t living.
This time around will things be different or will trying to get back into the business and back to living only drive her deeper into hiding?
So kick back, grab a beer, fire up the grill, hunker down,
and enjoy the ride. Eighteen of Sci-fi and Horror’s most
inventive and -- dare we say demented -- minds have come
together to compose a vision of the future which will scare
the “bejesus” out of most “normal” folk.
“Listen up! The world as we know it is going to end, just as
you thought -- only not for the reasons you predicted. It’s not
the meek who’re going to inherit the earth, or the rich, or the
famous, or the well-prepared. No, the folks who survive the
end of civilization are those who never needed it much
anyway and for reasons... well, you’re not likely to guess
why, but I promise you, once you’ve read Bubbas of the
Apocalypse, you’re going to have a whole new perspective
on the real mainstays of South’m cuisine: Twinkies, Spam,
and rot-gut red sauce.
“YARD DOG PRESS has collected nineteen of the darn strangest
visions of the apocalypse and every one’s a keeper. So get
yourself some Mountain Dew and settle in for a great read.”
Lynn Abbey, Author of Jerlayne and Sanctuary
“Off the wall and unusual... Rosen does it again... A wild

"I just finished the last page of THE FOUR BUBBAS OF THE APOCALYPSE, and my jaw is now permanently dropped. Camaraderie and flatulence, halitosis and high adventure, hilarity and horror, bad taste and good writing, all combine to make this world of dystopian trailer parks and the folks who inhabit them a strangely hard place to leave. Why, next to these people, those other four apocalyptic guys seem positively Biblical. Oh. Wait a minute... " -- John Wooley, author of AWASH IN THE BLOOD
“The concept eludes me.” – Glenn Cook, author of the BLACK COMPANY novels
That’s right. When them boys took off with that time platform trying to save their hero, NASCAR driving ace Buddy Dewayne Brooster, they tore up all shit. Now a time wave is racing across the planet, plucking bubbas out of their time and slipping them and their arch enemies the yumbies, all over the place and all through time.
The writers have outdone themselves as bubbas have encounters with Egyptians, dinosaurs, cave men, and medieval knights and meet face-to-face such historical figures as Buffalo Bill, Robert E. Howard, and the King himself—Elvis!
You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and then you’ll just admit that you’re never going to get the money back that you paid for this book.
It’s that crazy time in the future when the world’s gone ta hell in a big ole purse. The only humans left over is good ole boys and gals and their kin, lovin’, fightin’, eatin’ Q, an huntin’ their flesh eatin’, upwardly-mobile enemies–the Yumbies.
This here edition of the ever-growin’ Bubbas of the Apocalypse saga asks the question y’all probably didn’t care ‘bout at all–“What happened to bubbas that weren’ in the good ole US of A when the plague hit? What trials and tribulations must the bubbas of the future deal with when they have to live in distant lands where there ain’t no Wal-Marts to raid, and more Yumbies than you can shake a stick at?”
This here book takes a look-see at bubbas fighting to survive in hostile foreign lands, like France and Ascrackastan and Hewiua just ta name a few.
“Two thumbs way up for International House of Bubbas. Never have I seen so many kick-ass stories in one book. The editor must be a person of incredible integrity and taste.” – Selina Rosen author of lots of books you ought to be buying.
“Selina Rosen is the sort of bitch who would edit a book and then blurb it herself. What an asshole!” – Anonymous Source
Or have I?
“Captivating and intense, I found it impossible to put down Black Rage. The intimacy and passion of this love story by the indomitable Selina Rosen transcends such vagaries as gender or orientation, and you find yourself thinking of Gene, Aggy, May and their families as real people you know well. Those looking for a fluffy, paint-by-numbers romance novel should look elsewhere; Black Rage reminds us that the course of true love never did run smooth, that you can love again and again in a lifetime and still not get it right, that the world has little care for romance or destiny, and sometimes the best things in life are ripped away from us before we truly appreciate them. There isn't a flat or undeveloped character in this story, and while there are hints of the paranormal floating about, it is not a book about ghosts or psychics. It is a story about love and living, the power of the artistic life and the need to share that life with another person. Almost too real, the raw emotion in this book will completely envelop you.”
—Elizabeth Donald, author of The Cold Ones and Setting Suns
