Blog postOk, creative friends: Imagine that we all pitch in on this artists/writers retreat! Only €446,000! 9 bedrooms, 5 baths. Just shy of an (US) acre (so not an overwhelming amount of property.) An easy drive to Spain. Close enough to Paris, Italy, Switzerland.
Beautiful herringbone flooring, marble staircase (rare and stunning with its iron balustrades), wrought iron doors and a stunning veranda. New roof. (!)
