unreliable and very poor construction

made a trip using all 5 on checked luggage. 2 of the 5 broke. one was missing entirely. One wire remainded on the bag (without the yellow name tag). The wire separated at the screw connection. I suspect that is what happened to the one that was entirely missing. I've used similar type nametags with stainless wire without issue, one I've had for over 10 years and I'm still using. This was a huge disappointment and I'm going to replace the remaining as I have no confidence they will still be on the luggage if the luggage is ever lost.

Very good quality product.
I was a bit concerned about getting these tags for 2 reasons: 1) some reviews mentioned the rubber material was translucent, allowing for your personal info to be visible and it wasn’t the case with the ones I got. 2) some reviews mentioned defective metal loops. The ones that came with mine were all very good quality and an extra one was included, which I thought was a nice detail.

Some reviews mentioned having a hard time matching the visible area in the window with the name written in the card. What I did to make it easier was this: remove the plastic cover. With a pencil trace around the window area onto the card. When you pull the card out to write your info you will know the area that will be visible so all your info can be placed in the right area. You can then erase the pencil mark before inserting it again in the rubber tag.

This is not a well designed product, I carefully checked installation on my suitcases and they still easily come off and now I have a missing suitcase. Buy anything else and it will probably work better.

Cable falls apart.

I used 3 of the tags right away. All three broke before the first transfer. The metal cable have compression clamps that pull apart and the tags then fall off. These tags look great but are useless. Kinda hard to return when they fall off in a airplane or baggage terminal.

I can easily pick it my bag in an airport with the bright red luggage tag. Does the job, cut out window fit my business card perfectly... Shows my cell phone and work numbers. Do yourself a favor and buy some of the blue thread locker gunk... Put a drop on the screw clasp before you tighten it to prevent it from unscrewing. I did this and not one of them has come loose.

I spent a lot of time looking for luggage tags. Never did find what I was truly looking for so I settled on these. They're not bad. They seem to be of very high quality. The material for the tag itself is very soft and flexible and pleasant to touch. It feels nice. The metal grommet on the tag looks well integrated and of sturdy construction, unlikely to tear out with normal use. The steel flexible loop is also high quality and screws together very securely. Even the clear plastic lens and paper information card is high quality. The airplane symbol appears to be printed on very well and unlikely to fade or wear off. Overall, my impressions of quality are very high!

I had no issues using my Brady label maker to neatly print info on to the card insert, so that just my name shows through the little window for this purpose.

Overall, I'm not sure what else you would want for a basic luggage tag. The price was higher than I wanted to pay, but after seeing the quality in person first hand, I think it was worth it. I bought 3 packs of 5 of these, so I'm in for a decent amount of funds. I will use some of the extras on my every day carry items and leave the rest on my luggage for travel.

No complaints here - I doubt I will have any after I actually travel with them.

The screwed cable connector is virtually indestructible; there's a handy window through which to see the owner's chosen name; colors are bright and easy to find on a baggage carousel. Their inherent flexibility suggests that they'll not be easily damaged by folding or compression, and the material seems to be tough enough to survive snagging of the attachment cable. Bought these for my wife for a recent trip, and she had no difficulty whatsoever in locating her bag at every carousel - no mean feat, especially for an infrequent flyer.
