Cool idea.
This was fun, but perhaps that area needs to become an enclosed space when the weather changes. (It was the one thing that irritated me about TBBS: refusing to have a space that didn't change the recipe outcome. People were working way too hard to be treated with such disregard.) I could see this competition as a great way to keep the Silos Bakery menu fresh. Maybe once a month swap out an old recipe for a new one, until no original flavor remains. Then do it all again! And p.s. I love Zoe and Andrew, please keep them on staff! :)
