Easy to install and well made product!

The media could not be loaded.

While it may seem daunting (see my video), you can do it (see my pic). I put this trampoline together by myself. While there were times I would rather play Russian roulette with my Glock, the "issues" I found were self-inflicted. The instructions were well written and easy to follow. It took me several hours to put this together, again by myself. The company clearly puts safety first. The quality of the material is good. Very good. I would easily recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a trampoline. Thank you!!!!!

VERY Dangerous Safety Issue! Once Corrected, All Is Well

I have owned this trampoline for about a year and a half now. Let me say that my young daughter and son love this trampoline. This story could have been MUCH different however and I feel lucky that there was not a serious/permanent injury or death.

We had owned this for about a year with no problems. Last spring my 9 year old daughter was jumping on it just like always when one of the metal supporting legs worked itself out of the post. With each jump, the metal leg was moving further under the trampolines jump surface. One it was under it, it was just a matter of moments... My daughter jumped closer and closer to that side (she could not see that anything was underneath) until finally when she was right by it, the post went clean through the jump surface, exposing the metal post! Imagine what would have happened if a child were jumping or flipping and landed on that thing... it could have gone right through a person! I was horrified to think how close my kids were to a life-changing event.

As soon as that happened, I drilled metal screws through each and every leg and post so this can never happen again. My kids were scared of the trampoline for a while after a while and reassurance they were back at it. The kids said that it has a different feel to it as well after the new screws were in... A little tighter and they like that.

Now... As far as the trampoline goes, here is my review on that:

Overall I am very happy that I purchased it. The kids love it and have spent a LOT of time on it. The basketball hoop idea is nice, but really, it did not last anywhere near the first season. The cushion around the posts lasted one season at best. I went to the hardware store and purchased a similar but better product and it still looks new after the 2017 season. The blue material that covers the springs has held up, ok although is torn in several areas with regular use. The trampoline is a bit noisy / squeaky while the kids jump but that doesn't cause any issues. The zipper has help up perfect and still works like new. The net, where it connects to the top of the posts didn't stay connected like I hoped. Another modification and it has stayed up fine.

If it were not for the incident with the leg I would have rated this 5 stars. I still hate to think of what 'could have' happened though.

Bought this for my 9 and 7 year old for their birthdays. Honestly, I’m not sure what all the reviews about missing parts terrible instructions and damaged packages are about, sorry to those who obviously have really crappy delivery drivers. this one arrived intact, no box damage and was even delivered to my back door away from unwanted eyes, and close to my backyard (thank you by the way!) all parts were accounted for, packaged nicely. I was able to assemble by myself with no issues at all. Instead of putting the frame together upside down then flipping, I just assembled as it normally would sit, and then put the legs on. It was easier than trying to flip it over myself. I followed the directions for the springs pretty much all the way through, except I continued to hook one spring to the left all the way around till I was done. It seemed to really help there be less tension on the last few which was nice. Overall I’m extremely happy with my choice now and my kids love it.

A GREAT trampoline

I am so happy with my purchase. My son is 9 and loves it.
PUTTING IT TOGETHER.
Amazon sent my package all in one box. Wasn't happy about this since it weighs 150 pounds and I'm a single mom. I got help from my Dad to put this together. But for someone who has never "built" anything. It was simple and you could say easy. The hardest part were the springs obviously. There is a lot of tension and there is NO POSSIBLE WAY, with my build and strength (I'm average) could have put the Mat on alone. Thank goodness for my dad. Other than the springs I could do everything else myself. You do need 2 people to flip it on the first step. The directions state TO FOLLOW STEP BY STEP OR YOU WILL START OVER. This is TRUE!!! If you don't coordinate the legs, you will get to the end of set up and you will have done all that work for nothing. It's very important you coordinate STEP 1 as directed.
Same goes for the mat and net. This part we did have to redo. If the company could improve on anything they should color coordinate the START POINT, so it's easier. Directions list starting point with WARNING LABEL. Problem is the net (maybe mat) has TWO warning labels. So we had to redo the hardest part, the springs.
It took about an hour and half even with our mistakes.
The size is perfect.

I am a nervous mother of 2 children that did NOT want to buy a trampoline because of safety... after months of reading reviews online I was just about to purchase the "safest" trampoline (springfree) for over $1,500... but I just could not justify spending that kind of money for something the kids will eventually outgrow so I kept researching and found out next in line was this trampoline so after talking things over with the husband we made the purchase ... Trampoline arrived the same week we ordered it and I set it up - Yes by myself and it was super easy to do so and with the spring tool included the springs were not that hard to get on...I tested it out before letting my kids on and determined it was good to go and they are LOVING it@

I messed up in building it and had to do a complete tear down and re build. I may have missed it in the directions so it is probably my fault. It way easy to get right once I saw the problem. When you line the door opening up with the leg post as per instructions, make sure it is NOT the one with the net pole mount. Also, when laying out the netting make sure the warning stickers face outward. Those were the two mistakes I made. If you don't make those mistakes you will be good to go.

Decent quality jumping mat and springs, and easy set up

Purchased this for my son and he has used it for two summers. The jumping mat and springs seem to be very good quality. The green plastic caps that go on the top of the poles that hold the protective net in place are poor quality and some of them have cracked and broken. We managed to rig up a fix for this (drilled holes through the broken caps and used longer bolts with nuts). A bunch of the elastic ties that hold down the cover over the springs broke off after one season. (The remaining ties seem to be holding, and this doesn't seem to affect the function). The trampoline was easy and quick to set up with two people. All required items were included. I managed to dismantle the trampoline by myself (we take it down and store indoors over the winter), and the second summer, just my 10 year old and I put it up ourselves. Overall we are happy with the trampoline. A bit disappointed with the cheap plastic caps that broke after one season, and the elastic ties that didn't seem to be well fastened.

I bought this to replace a jumptech trampoline I bought two years ago from Canadian tire.
I can’t get over how much easier this trampoline is to set up. The instructions made is so easy to assemble. They were descriptive and made it easy to avoid mistakes.
This trampoline is very sturdy and feels super safe. I was worried at first after seeing the review with the pole through the mat. This is not possible to happen if You screw the ends in properly, so rest assured if you follow the easy instructions it is more then safe!
This is well worth the full price and the fact I got such a good deal when I bought it I am overwhelmed with the value.

The kids love it - we have a fun time with the basketball component too.

Overall, really satisfied - maybe we should have considered the 15' option. However my kiddies are little and it suits them just fine.

Some unexpected flaws

The stiching from the edge cover ripped a couple of days after usage. The material was not challenged that much considering that my 10 and 2 year old are the ones using it and they are average weight (85 pounds combined). It gets you since its brand new, but is a good set overall. Maybe my expectations regarding the brand were overwhelming.
