Il titolo fa riferimento proprio a quei regimi nati dalle lotte per l'indipendenza.viene messa alla gogna sia la borghesia arrivista,opportunista avida e insaziabile che ha preso il comando del paese, sia i capi tradizionali corrotti e servili. Un libro assolutamente da leggere che racconta la storia di un paese che ancora oggi si trova davanti a grandi difficoltà politiche e umana, e che non riesce,per vari motivi, a trovare un equilibrio e una stabilità.
Utile,anche, per praticare la lingua francese.Lo consiglio a chi ha almeno un livello b1/2
