Mackenzie Zondlak grew up in Milford, Michigan. She attended the University of Michigan from 2012 to 2016, where she studied Sport Management and conducted research at the Center for Sport & Policy. Upon graduation, Mackenzie was hired full-time as a Senior Research Assistant. Now Program Manager, she leads the Center's consulting and research efforts, which focus on the use of sport to revitalize urban areas. Her consulting experience with major professional sports teams and large North American cities was crucial to her contributions to Sports Finance and Management (Second Edition).
