I'm glad to say that I'm sleeping better at night these days because of reduced stressors in my life. Glad to see the scientific approaches in the book as well. Recommended to all the overthinkers I know!
As someone who is trying to be a better girlfriend and not overthink 24/7 this book is helping tremendously. I can already see the improvements I am making. So to anyone who wants to overcome overthinking....you can do it!!!
