Surely, Mike Ross could not stay at Pearson Specter. Not if he wanted to stay out of prison for his part in defrauding the legal profession and those clients that darkened the firm's doors. But even the fear of being caught was so severe as to cause him to weigh whether or not being a lawyer was worth the psychological turmoil and snowballing the lies to keep himself (and Harvey and Jessica) from being found out.

But, solve one problem--find yourself in a mess of new ones. That is the position that Mike Ross finds himself in being a Wall Street banker with Rachel, as his girlfriend who is now a law student and finding her own rhythm at Pearson Specter. Can Mike and Harvey remain friendly when their interests find themselves at odds with each other? Will Mike and Rachel make it when a "blast from her past" comes around to pressure Harvey AND Rachel to get Mike to back down from his own altruistic motives?

The magic of Suits that makes me laugh, cheer and sometimes tear up is in full swing with a new set of threats and high stakes. Louis Litt is also bringing his game with humanity and thirst for success and respect with cutting humor.

I am invested in every single character and look forward to every week to see what will happen next. Going by the previews for the July 9th episode, things are about get even more heated when Mike Ross is accused of betraying all whom he claims to care for to get his way.

This is one of the best written and acted shows on TV right now and have been watching religiously since its beginning. Even before the first episode aired, I had high hopes for this show and have yet to be disappointed. Granted, there are some episodes that have dragged and stunted the story from moving forward, but NO show is immune to this ebb and flow. It's the good ones that constantly improve and cause the audience to become emotionally invested in its story and characters. This show does this in spades.

If you haven't started on this show yet, start at the beginning and work your way up to this season or you will rob yourself of the journey and proper context for each character's current place in the story. It's totally worth it!

3.75 stars, actually.

OK, truthfully 3.75 stars. If you're considering whether or not you could continue to watch Suits, I'd advise you to keep at it. S4 is pretty solid as evidenced by the number of stars I'm giving it. Plus, you've gotta be attached enough to the characters to continue to see how the law family continues to grow (or not grow). Spoilers here on...: They really made Harvey a weaker character in S4 by his actions constantly being double-checked by people, especially that of Donna. I know that's sort of the thing, but it's freakin Harvey Specter! He's the man who's always in control. I guess towards the end of the season I thought it was a lil much, but it wasn't entirely distracting either. Pitting Harvey and Mike against one another was a great touch to the season, even though it was a constant and vicious loop, but it played itself out when Harvey said, towards the end of the season, "Sometimes brothers fight." Poetical, me thinks. Anyway, I enjoyed how Litt became this ruthless, completely inconsiderate jag by powering himself into the leadership/named partnership. It would've been interesting to continue that until the end of S4 and see how that would've impacted the firm at the start of S5. But, alas, the problem with that is that accepting a less lovable Litt becomes a challenge for viewers, so I get that they fixed it. Also of note was the entire Rachael cheating on Mike. WTF, Rachael?! You still have a connection to your ex. That's messed up! I guess in love stories, I'm a hopeless romantic. I don't want the couple to get stronger when it takes one person in the relationship to act on their wrong desires. But I guess one could argue that Rachael still accepted/accepts Mike despite him being a fraud and so why shouldn't he accept her after her in-kind fraudulent behavior? Ah love! OK, last part to talk about is how the show left off: Donna and Harvey aka "Darvey." Daaaaaaaaaang. Now this is good, man. Donna is not taking it anymore and rightfully so. How you gonna say, "You know I love you, Donna" but then walk away. GD ittttt! Why can't we see these two hook-up already? How many seasons will the suits on Suits tease us? Sigh, only time (and S5, I take it) will tell...

"Suits" TV show Soars

"This is Rome" episode was intense, and further proof that the Suits TV series is outstanding. The series is well-written (in most cases), thought provoking, sometimes gut-wrenching and Entertaining. In my opinion, the actors are exceptional. Example, when you get involved with Donna, you don't say "Sarah Rafferty plays a great Donna" (even though you think it) but instead say "I love Donna" because this actress transcends playing this part and really becomes Donna. I would go further to say Patrick Adams, Gabriel Macht, Meghan Markle, Gina Torres, Rick Hoffman and Amanda Schull also do this very thing. They really click with one another. The series portrays a sense of unity, has rich storylines, frequent emotional swings, parallel stories and is fast moving. I disagree with some of the negative comments about Mike and Rachel being a couple, Mike can't be a Harvey clone. Mike is a flawed character who definitely needs love and support in his life, and he was attracted to Rachel since season 1, episode 1. A casual girlfriend outside the firm just would not bring the intimacy & "Mike's character" to the viewers. Besides, who wouldn't want Mike as a boyfriend/partner? Mike is smart, charming, funny, good-looking, tall & strong, & has resources to support a family. (These are all necessary evolutionary qualities in a mate, you know. LOL) I really grew to love Harvey, am still afraid of Jessica, would want Louis as a friend and would want to party with Rachel and Donna. Supporting actors are wonderful, too. i.e. Michael Gross as Gillis, Eric Close as Travis Tanner, Michael Cristofer as Paul Porter, Neil McDonough as Sean Cahill, Zelko Ivanek as Eric Woodall, Gary Cole as Cameron Denis, Wendell Pierce as Robert Zane, Eric Roberts as Forstman, Rachel Harris as Sheila, Vanessa Ray as Jenny, to name a few. I have watched seasons 1, 2, 3 ,& 4 several times; this series is highly recommended!!! Can't wait to see what happens next!!!

My wife and I were so hooked to this show that we didn't care Season 4 was not on Prime, we just clicked and watch it anyway....what can I say, this show is one fun ride with all its style, wit, twists and turns. By now everyone knows that all the fans are Litt Up about the show and Rick Hoffman has emerged as the highlight of the show! his dedication to the firm and the roller coaster ride his emotions take are brilliantly executed by the actor! Take a bow!

On the down side, I found Mike and Racheal's relationship storyline just plain boring. The show's plot can be more fun...what is the need to connect every plot line to the internal relationship issues of the characters? the show was never about that when it started. Also, I hope the show cuts down the use of words like GODDAMM and Sh*t....what is the need for it? is that the only way to show frustration? What I loved about SUITS when it started off was that it was able to hook you on without any nudity, sex, violence and cuss words.

Surprisingly, more than Mike Ross...it is the twists with Louis Litt that will make your eyes moist.

Overall, this show deserves credit because it continues to pack in the punch even in Season 4; can't wait for the second half of season 4 beginning January 2015.

This Season Louis Litt was just annoying. His attitude was revenge-minded

This Season Louis Litt was just annoying. His attitude was revenge-minded, and honestly, I thought a few times he was so upset and feeling so dejected I expected him to jump off the roof; but sadly he did not. It will be an interesting season 5 with Donna moving over to work for Louis Litt. I hope she can bring him around to be a brilliant lawyer and not a whiny, selfish, vengeful person - other he will be having a heart attack and he should not recover. I love Gabriel Macht and Patrick J. Adams - the reason i watch the show. I would be nice to see Mike Ross' ability to memorized everything a little more often. It seems that he doesn't go there until it is a do-or-die situation yet it would be so handy to see him in a boardroom or courtroom and just pulling stuff out of his head as the situation turns negative again his/their side/case. Will miss Donna working with Harvey but I hope that they do not consummate their relationship, even though it appears they may be ready. I do not want to see an office full of hook-ups! Donna's power it that she is her own person and while she may love Harvey, she will change if she and Harvey become an item.

Best show ever created in the history of television

Best show ever created in the history of television. So many reasons why...I don't even know where to start. Ah-mazing...the actors, the chemistry between them, the level at which I can really emotionally connect with the characters, the interwoven storylines & intricate plots throughout, the brilliant witt & on-point cleverness,...I could go on for days. Instead, I guess I'll go on for paragraphs:

The show's fundamental premise & back stories alone are so intriguingly crafted; there's never a dull moment. That--along with the show's smooth, seemingly effortless, understated ways of balancing its wavering yet continual tensed edge of suspense with just enough light-hearted, cleverly-witted humor to have (& keep) you hooked, lined, & sinkered just an episode or two in.

I wish this review had a bonus star option, because Suits,--in my opinion--is on a whole other level above every other show that the majority of us feel are worthy of a 5-star rating. It's undoubtedly better than the best. I give it 6 out of 5 stars. A++.

...I am DIEING to see what will play out in the upcoming season 6 which premieres next month I hear!!! My levels of nervousness & anticipation alike don't even begin to explain it. 😆

Sincerely,

Suits is not a realistic show, something I seem to write in every review whether it be episode, season or series. But it is unique and entertaining and while Season 4 tested me at times as Mike and Harvey on opposing sides is simply counter to the the major foundation to the show making the first 7 episodes the worst of the series. But I'm glad they rebounded with a step in a positive direction in revealing some of the personal side of many of the main characters. Not Just a Pretty Face was the best season ending episode of the series and renews my hope in the series ability to continue on. Change is happening and most of it I find positive. While I don't understand the storyline ending the show, it was dramatic and based on the personal side of the characters really just exposed over the second half of season 4. Come Season 5 I won't be streaming the show, but I'll be recording it on my DVR as I look forward to a season 5 that goes where they haven't gone before. Harvey with a heart, opens a lot of possibilities. Hope to see you all when it premieres!!!
