I like the idea of a summary book for the Obesity Code and for other lengthy books however, this book has so many grammatical mistakes which makes it very difficult to read. This book is in need of a complete edit.
I liked the idea of summarizing; the information was helpful. The serious drawbacks are: disjointed thoughts -- ostensibly from simply deleting a majority of full-text sentences; bald claims -- which may very well be supported in the full text; serious delay in getting to the pro- and pre-scriptions; and the occasional poor grammar and increasingly lousy spelling -- the editor should be fired! Again, helpful information and challenges, but whooo…
I’m excited to try intermittent fasting, my goals are to rid myself of type 2 diabetes and to have a significant weight loss. And also to share this information with my husband and 2 sons who struggle with obesity, diabetes, sleep apnea and other health issues.
