This book is amazing! Some people say the book is boring but...
They are haters.
THE BOOK WAS NOT BORING! It had drama and fighting and stuff! Warrior stuff and Leader stuff and Deputy stuff (major deputy stuff) and Medicine Cat stuff! And for those who think its BORING, here (major spoilers ahead):
Cinderpelt dies. CINDERPELT DIES. SHE HAS BEEN WITH US SINCE THE FIRST SERIES OF BOOKS! And she dies. BUT she comes back as Sorreltails kit. Cool, right? Though I'm still debating on wether its reincarnation or rebirth... hmmmmm. Then a new deputy comes along. Firestar gave up on his hopes for Graystripe. GRAYSTRIPE, NO! And I'm not gonna say the new deputy...
BRAMBLECLAW!
Then ThunderClan gets attacked by badgers and a bunch of cats die. That's how Cinderpelt died, of badgers. And I'm not gonna say anymore.
And Hawkfrost placed a moths wing outside Mudfurs den and it wasn't a sign of StarClans approval of Mothwing as a Medicine Cat.
And Brambleclaw kills Hawkfrost after Hawkfrost gave Brambleclaw the option of killing Firestar for ThunderClans power when Firestar got caught in a fox trap. Good Brambleclaw.
And the prophcey of the blood and peace thing is fufilled.

( I'm 11 ) I really liked this book and I think it was good to see brambleclaw ( SPOILERS ) faced with a hard choice , kill his clan leader and get everything he's ever dreamed of or turn on his future , his father and his brother and say no. This was one of my favorites of the books in the series though there is one thing that annoys me and I can't change it , it's that everyone assumes greystripe is dead, I have never before doubted Foresters choice but if greystrioe was dead and you were so close to him , wouldn't you in your heart feel that he was alive? Anyways , I give 5 stars because it's a great book!

My son loves the Warriors books. For a 14 yr old who typically wants a video game over a book, this impresses me. He enjoys the pace and writing in these novels, and the subject matter interests him. He even named a pet after a character in this series.

The book arrived quickly and was new, as stated. A great value as well. I now get all of his Warriors books on Amazon.

I chose to guve this book all five stars because it was so mysterious, emotional. I felt how the cats felt every chapter. And i was so shocked of what happened to the medicine cat Cinderpelt.. I believe thatbiss her name. I enjoyed this book so much it was hard to put down and hard to control my tears on the train. I just hope we have Firestar living throughout these series.. I am not ready for him to go to Starclan. I'm glad that Squirrelfight and Brambleclaw made up. She didn't work with Ashfur. But i will be getting the next book after I send this review off. We should make this into a series on TV.

Of course I have read the first two complete sets in this series and am anxiously awaiting to begin the first book in the next set. My grand kids got me started on these books, and now I am hooked! I am not even a cat lover, and yet these books have captivated not only my attention but am beginning to look at cats in a different light. New Prophecy #6 has lived up to my expectations from having read all of the 11 previous books. Erin Hunter has managed to not only give the readers an imaginative look into the life of 'forest' cats, but she brings in so many worthwhile topics for discussion and study - family, loyalty, spirituality, respect of elders and authority, just to mention a few. These books were written for the grade school student, but I challenge , anyone to read just the first book and not get hooked on this feline world of Warrior Cats.

I LOVE THIS SERIES and in my opinion this is one of the very best. Following the stories of Brambleclaw, a fiercely ambitious cat with a tough decision, Squirrelflight a stubborn and adventurous warrior and Leafpool an intelligent and gentle medicine cat apprentice who finds her heart leading her away from her clan to someone else.
