Bruce Willis and Chad Michael Murray (“One Tree Hill”) must join forces in order to SURVIVE THE NIGHT in this gripping home-invasion thriller about a doctor and his family being held hostage by a wounded gunman and his unhinged brother.

This film starts out ok but then jumps into the toilet very quickly. The first scene is very tence and quite brutal but for some reason the bad guy's revolver that should hold 6 bullitts fired about 12 to 14 times without reloading. Let's move on the house scenes. At any time the freed family members could have got in thier car and drove off but for some reason it was better to hide in the tool barn. It was kind of like that GEICO commercial were the kids are being chased by the Chainsaw Killer. They could have got into the runnig car but choose to hide behind the curtain of chainsaws. Also the film features Bruce Willis but he's really a non-contributer. Bruce, at one point gets away in his car but goes back to the house. You think, "now he is going to kick some ass" but doesn't do anything to help the situation. They should name this film "Survive the Acting". It's a real stinker.
Writing was super weak and flat. The story is missing everything that makes a good movie. The characters are dumb and weak and everyone should have died because of it. The acting for the most part is really bad except for the main protagonists. Even Bruce Willis phones in this effort. He must have owed some one a big favor for doing this pile of stuff.
Despite having two recognizable actors, this could barely be considered a B movie. There were several points where the plot seemed to just fall apart, and the lack of suspense made it just plain boring for the most part. Also, the actress playing the doctor's wife had a severe case of trout pout, but it wasn't enough to distract from her poor performance.
Disappointed I love Bruce Willis but this is one of the worst movies that he has starred in. The script was so ridiculous. The most stupid part was when the duck was handcuffed and the other side of the handcuff was under a table leg. He used his gun to shoot the handcuffed to get free. The table was so small and a five-year-old child could’ve lifted it up and got him out. Like I said one of worst movies I’ve seen. There was nothing in there that was anywhere’s near life expectations or reality

I started watching this movie yesterday, and had to turn it off. BRUCE WILL IS WAS NOT THE PROBLEM. THE WRITER'S, PRODUCERS AND DIRECTORS MUST HAVE BEEN LOADED- and should have watched it to fix all the problems in it before it aired. Like one guy said-all the supposedly good guys did things a person with a lobotomy would have done. Like when the stupid doctor tells his wife and daughter to go hide in the shed. Really, if it had been me I would have hauled ass to get some help. GUESS THIS FAMILY LIVED IN BFE. WHERE WERE THE OTHER CARS? OTHER PEOPLE. WHAT REALLY IRRITATED ME WAS THAT THIS DOCTOR WAS SUED AND LOST EVERYTHING. REALLY? BEING AN RN FOR YEARS, MOST ATTORNEY WILL NOT SUE gods, I MEAN DOCS. THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE MALPRACTICE INSURANCE. AND THE ACTION THIS DOCTOR DID, WOULD HAVE BEEN PROTECTED BY THE GOOD SAMARITAN ACT. SADLY, THIS REALLY COULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD MOVIE. ANOTHER THING THAT SHOWS HOW BAD THE MAKER'S OF THIS MOVIE DID, WAS ALL THE DOCTOR HAD TO SAY: LET US GO TO THE CLINIC WHERE HE HAD EVERYTHING- MORPHINE, ANTIBIOTICS, IV FLUIDS TO PREVENT HYPOVALEMIC SHOCK, ETC. I MEAN THE CLINIC WAS CLOSED SO WHY DID NOT ANY OF THE GENIUSES IN THIS MOVIE DO THIS? WILLIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN IT MORE. HE PROBABLY ONLY DOES IT TO HELP NEW ACTORS. TRUST ME, I HAVE BEEN WATCHIN HIS MOVIES OVER 30 YEARS, MOST BEING BLOCKBUSTERS. THE MAN HAS MORE MONEY THAN GOD. I GAVE IT A 2 FOR WILLIS, LOVE YOU BRUCE
This movie could have been great.. good plot, decent actors.. but it felt off and missed the mark. I wish I wouldn’t have actually paid to watch it. Bruce Willis and Chad Michael McMurry were decent, but even their acting seemed strained and lacking.

Usual Bruce Willis lazy performance.A family is held hostage by two on the run robbers who need a Dr.Willis, son just happens to be one & they follow him the family house.Bruce is a retired sheriff who spends most of the film tied up while his wife & two adult children & grandaughter .One of the Robbers is injured and need Willis, son to patch him up from a firefight earlier in the movie where he was injured. The Robbers are brothers. Its all mainly set in a house, its very boring.I used to like Willis, but his movies tend to be just cameos, this is a bit more of an effort, but the retired Sheriff,Willis, just doesnt have any impact on the movie. Its not very good.Dont waste your time.

This movie was so boring and all acting was stilted. It appears that only Bruce Willis’s name was the selling point. The story line was ok but dragged out and even Bruce Willis didn’t save the movie. He must have been desperate to make a movie of this calibra. I would have turned it off but hubby wanted to see if it would get any better. Wasted time watching it and wasted money purchasing. Don’t bother with it.

This is one of three films Matt Eskandari has done recently with Bruce Willis and its apparent Bruce has done them for the money and Matt....well because someone was daft enough to make the same mistake of financing him three times. I like Bruce Willis and he deserves better but hes being punished by the Hollyweird lefties for supporting Trump and has to get what little work he can.
