I rarely leave book reviews and when I do it is because they blew me away with how good they were. These book does just the opposite. I read through the first 24 chapters of the first book and am giving it up. There is little to no character development and almost no dialogue. The premise is good but there were many missed opportunities to develop character and fill in the story line. Very disappointed.

I am not a fan of millionaire/billionaire stories but since I am a huge fan of the author, I knew I had to give these a try. Not surprisingly , she delivered a very good stories.
THE BILLIONAIRE DEAL
The book centers around CEO Jack Sutton and Kelly Bradley. She’s just been accepted into the Yale School of Law. But with the joy, comes the sadness. No way will she be able to finance her schooling.
He’s a CEO of the family company, who might just lose his position if his aunt and his deceased Mother’s will, have any say. The only way to salvage the situation, is to find a wife for a year. An impossible endeavor, since he has just days to do the deed.
That i , until a young woman walks into his office and declares herself his fiancee . A woman he doesn’t even know.
Little did either realize that from then on , their lives would change forever.
The story is engaging from page one. The main characters are very likable, and the mystery gave the book the perfect twist.
Another entertaining story by this talented author and a story worth your time.
REUNITING WITH THE BILLIONAIRE
We are back at Sutton Capital, with the long time friends Jack, Andrew and Chad.
This time, the story belongs to Andrew Weston. A billionaire by his own right, who loves his grandmother Nora Weston, was burned badly by his ex-fiance and once upon a time, was a teenager who had a crush with the granddaughter of his grandmother’s neighbor.
When his grandmother takes a fall and needs surgery, Andrew goes to stay with her to help in the recovery.
Jill Walsh was that girl. Now a woman , newly divorced and badly hurt by her ex, she is taking a break in her grandmother’s home.
When these two meet again, sparks fly. But neither believes in love . How can a relationship flourish without love? Their solution, is a prenup. But feelings are complicated and when you add to the deranged woman, you know you are in for a rollercoaster ride. One filled with feelings, danger, hope, and the possibilities of second chances. That is, if they survive the ride.
THE BILLIONAIRE OP
Ms. Ryan once again gives the reader another wonderful suspense romance.
If you have read the previous stories in the series, you met Chad Thompson and Jennie Evans.
Chad is Jennie’s boss and though an attraction is obvious to their friends, both have suffered losses in their lives. The guilt they feel, one for the loss of his combat friends, and the other for the loss of her husband, has kept their hearts protected with a wall no one can climb.
When their friends have them going undercover to check out a potential property for one of their clients, feelings are revealed but danger, and their past gets in their way.
The plot was filled with suspense, moments of great sadness as well as great joy. Will they forgive themselves and open their hearts to a future together, or will the past and the danger surrounding them put an end to their potential HEA?
