/psychological upheavals that they get through by leaning on friend or family. But you just know they could do it alone if they chose too. This story is right up her alley. The Heroine could totally accomplish her "Sweet Revenge" without the hero but the fact that she chooses to cooperate with him by including him says everything about the budding relationship. I like this type of story line. It acknowledges that when done right a loving relationship builds both parties & bonds them securely to each other. And if loving the main characters isn't enough, you will absolutely HATE her father for his unenlightened attitude & the overbearing way of life in his home. & it isn't a statement solely on Mid Est culture. If you look around you will see his behavior is in many cultures. It is abusive to the body, mind & spirit (which is where you will find yourself crying). Although it is an older novel It doesn't have that out-of-date vibe. I found it just as enjoyable today as the first time years ago.
