(1) Check the lock key if it's off when erasing.

(2) Replace the built-in 3V battery.

After replacing the batteries and the screen is still not erasing, tell us via order detail.

Q3. What do I do if there are scratches on my new tablet?

During delivery, spots or scratches may occur due to the sensitivity of LCD screens. Unlock the lock key to erase the whole screen for the first time use.

If the spots can not be cleared, tell us via order detail.

Everyone loves playing with this! Very thin and lightweight. See video for more details, The colors are as bright as I expected but it doesn't bother my little girl. She takes it everywhere lol. It comes with a pen (not connected but can click into top of the pad)...the pen and the pad have holes to put a string through it so you don't lose the pen. There is a battery already in it as well as an extra battery included. It needs a tiny screwdriver to open the battery compartment. The erase button makes the screen completely blank. The magnets on the back allows us to put it on the fridge door. Now I have to get more for everyone else in the household! Lol

This product is an inferior piece of junk! Purchased it as a unbirthday gift and upon opening, the screen had obviously been scribbled on. I did not purchase a used/ returned item and box was sealed so I can’t explain the graffiti on screen. Turned tablet on and pushed erase button- - nothing!Bought and replaced battery as instructed- - still nothing. Good for nothing but the trash.This item is a complete waste of money

Xtra battery is not contained in a safe package

It does not say that it comes with an extra loose button cell circular lithium battery. So when my kids opened it the xtra loose battery just flew out onto the floor which we were not aware of until days later which is very dangerous if you have little ones. These batteries if swallowed can cause death.

The pad is good. But it is not bright like it claims. It is more the dull side instead of the bright side on above pictures shown. It also comes with extra battery. I had to open the pad to see if it needed a battery cause i was a bit confused on that. But it didn't it was just an extra battery. It was not a packaged battery, just a loose battery sitting on top of screen. But other than that, seems to work well. I ordered 3 and not sure why i got them in different packages and delivery was on different days and the hot pink pad looked like it was used, it came with writing unless battery did that. And had no instructions no nothing in it but the dinosaur pad did. It had care instructions and a thank you card and some other stuff in it. I am waiting for the 3 rd one to arrive tomorrow. See how that one turns out.

This is a cute board, the erase function works well. my only complaint is that if you have it in more then a dull light, you can see the areas where the color changes when you draw. it is rather distracting and at first i thoguht something was wrong with the tablet until i saw the correlation. My son seems to enjoy it though and we hope it will help him want to learn to write and such without having to always break out the crayons and markers.

So far, this seems to be a really good kids' writing tablet. The colors are neat, and the erase button makes it really easy for my toddler to do herself. The screen seems fairly tough, and could stand up to minor dings and slams of the stylus. We haven't had a hard hit yet, but it seems much tougher than those magna-doodle types. I really like and appreciate that the package comes with a replacement battery. I don't know yet how long the battery will last, as there is no on/off feature. The tablet can always be written on, but the erase button can be locked - it cannot be erased unless unlocked. I'll update if there are any new developments.

We LOVE these tablets, I have ordered three. JUST BE CAREFUL not to lose the extra button battery it comes with. It comes loose in the box and can easily fall out of the box without knowing it. If a child puts it in their mouth, that can be fatal. The company needs to properly store the extra battery.
