First off, the lights that showed up without being broken are great! Super easy to use and install.
BUT, out of the 2 boxes of these that I ordered, 11 of them came with the plug smashed under the spring making the plastic deform such that the cable would not plug into the junction boxes. I had to return a whole box of them and replace them.
I had already done the wiring for the junction boxes, so while trying to work with the Torchstar customer support team (Nicole Salinas), I was dismissed, offered no solutions, and not helped in general. They were short with me, rude, and generally didn't seem to care whether I got a resolution.
