These leggings are super light and super stretchy. They are designed to keep you dry and cool I would not expect much in terms of retaining warmth. I got the blue paisley leggings and I’m glad because I’m pretty sure my penis and testicles would be on full display if I got the white pair. I plan to use them in the yoga studio and the lighting is not super bright so I should be ok even though I’m the only guy In the class. If you get the right side it will compress your genitals enough to keep them in place without damaging your jewels. The defined lines of your junk will be visible but it’s not a problem. They are very light but they do seem very very strong I tried the poke test with my thumb and they should stand up to alot of abuse. Hope so because I don’t wear anything underneath. This was per the recommendation of my class instructor she said if you are embarrassed you can wear shorts but going with just the leggings alone allows for closer monitoring of your technique and corrections as needed. I’m pretty impressed by these leggings and will return to update if they let me down in class.
