Two gay men marry and then attempt to adopt a baby. They are turned down several times due to one man's ethnicity. Their best friend is a woman who went through a terrible divorce and they stood by her. She kindly offered to become a surrogate mother for them, the natural way, since she had feelings for both of them. This led to an unplanned threesome, which pleased all of them.Then there was an unexpected spanner in the works. A very thought-provoking, complicated relationship, tenderly written, but so controversial! It will please gay couples, Muslim couples and liberal thinkers but might be abhorrent to others.

I'm not into m/m books

I have no problems with gays or lesbians but I don't need to read a lot of sexual details. Lol. It's just seems too personal! However, I did read all of the sex scenes in this book. Lauren did a beautiful job of writing the details, without going to the extreme. She did it very tastefully. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to any that were interested. I especially liked how well Kendra, fit into the family. How she was welcomed and accepted.

This book goes beyond anything I have read in a long while. This is a true love story that rivals any that I have read or even seen. Yes, there was hot sex all around but the love story is the most amazing part of the book. Thank you, Laura Gallagher, for reminding me that love, unconventional, out of the box, is still love. Expand your boundaries and read this book!!

Not what I expected

I started reading this book and really liked it. The author has an easy style. As it progressed I was surprised at the turn of events, but in the end, love is love and that's really all that matters. With all the hate in the world we should all celebrate love in all of it's forms. Enjoyed the read.

Left speechless
Shahid and Gabe wanted to adopt kept running into problems due to religion and sexuality choices by narrow minded individuals. Kendra best friend of Gabe offers too be their surrogate; which introduced the need for the title.

Book includes drama, racism (😠),sadness, happiness, laughter and tears totally worth the read

What starts out as a simple solution turns into a twisted tale of hearts not knowing which path to take. The author gives great background details and descriptions to bring you into the storyline. A woman, a gay man and a bisexual man find their way to a lifetime of happiness. The steamy scenes are panty melting hot.

This quickly became one of my favorite books. The characters were lovable and realistic, along with their thoughts and feelings. I could’ve gone without the religious aspects, but I also understand it played a big part in their story. I would definitely recommend this book! In fact, I already have.

This book was different than what I usually read.I ordered it by mistake,but so glad I did.I never read anything about gay couples & how they are treated.I have had gay friends, but never noticed how they were treated.This opened my eye up.I just assumed they were treated like I did to them.

Since bi menage romances are in a class with black pearls and honest politicians, I was prepared to give this one a lot of allowances. I didn't need to: the characters and plot grabbed me right away. (The sex was pretty hot too.) I was just starting to think its only fault was that it was too easy - the protagonists were too perfectly understanding, the problems were all going away - when the author did what every good romance author should, and dropped a piano on them. Giving the HEA the satisfaction of something they had earned.

I'll be looking for more of her work, which is why you give books away, right?

A sweet story about 2 people (Gabe & Shahid) who are trying to adopt a baby but keep on being refused either because they are gay or because Shahid is Muslim. Kendra decides to offer her help to carry a child. Gabe is bi, so they decide to accept her offer to become a sort of friend with benefits naturally (instead of through IVF).

This situation could have easily pushed Gabe & Shahid apart, despite how they both agreed it was the best solution. However, in order to help avoid this, Shahid decides to take a more active role in helping with the baby’s conception.

This books is about a relationship between a hetero woman with two married men, one bi, one gay... & it should be a complicated relationship, but really, it's just a simple one, lovingly simple...

They’re all just friends with benefits…. or really, friends with baby benefits.

That’s all they are… or is it?

Worth being read, another great story by this author. :)
