Wow! I loved this book so much, I am so glad that a random search in my Kindle and impulse buy paid off. This is my first book by Ms. Lemmon and it will not be my last.

Her characters jumped at you and just hook you in. I love the banter between Reese and Merina. Their chemistry was great.

This story develops quickly, from the start when you find Merina at Reese’s office, enraged to find out that his family now owns her family’s hotel. Reese does not have sympathy for her and actually comes out as a big jerk. He later reaches out to her with a proposition that she can’t refuse as it gives her a chance to get her family hotel back.

Their story evolves and the banter is great. They both have their baggage and so much to work out. Especially Reese. Yet Merina is so good for him and you just want to hit the guy hard so he can realize he has so much there, within reach.

The ending had so much for me. It has been a while since I agonized at the end with a book’s characters. It was refreshing and pretty intense, it made the happily ever after even better!

I must mention Tag! Reese’s brother. I just love him! His good humor and banter between brothers just had me laughing out loud! I can’t wait to read his story!

Merina Van Heusen has dreamed of the day that her families hotel would be hers to run and care for. When she learns that her parents has sold her beloved hotel she is heartbroken, but when she finds out that they sold it to Crane Enterprises she is furious. Letting her temper rule her actions Merina storms into the corporate offices of Crane to let Reese have a piece of her mind. How dare he buy her hotel and start making changes to a beloved flagship.

After his encounter with Merina Reese starts to form a plan, marry Merina to give the board the settled amity man b the desire as head of the company and in exchange he will hand over the Van Heusen that Merina adores. What could possibly go wrong.

These two are like oil and water on the surface but the more time they spend with each the more they find they have in common. Both have been seriously hurt and betrayed in the past which has molded them into the untrusting individuals they are.

This book is full of witty banter and hot romance lover's of Jessick Lemons books are accustomed too. I can't wait for the next stories about Reese's brothers!

Um....Can I just say how much I LOVED LOVED LOVED The Billionaire Bachelor. It might just be my favorite from Lemmon. It was all my favorite things about reading a marriage of convenience but add in some humor (ok...a lot of humor), and two lead characters that are EXPLOSIVE....Well....I can't express how much fun I had listening and reading TBB! I literally didn't want to work at all yesterday because I wanted to finish this book.

Reese was stubborn and a bit of a big head in the beginning, but Merina got through to him and I LOVED the Reese he was with her. Charming, and Funny and well....the O's can't hurt! Merina was KICK ASS!! I usually am not a big "heroine cheerleader", I usually love the hero so much and if I like the heroine, it makes the book all the much better, but I LOVED MERINA...she rocked and kicked some serious ass without having to even lift a finger. Eating the block of cheese off Gwenyth's plate was FRIGGIN PRICELESS! She didn't fear loving Reese, she was open to it and owned up to it, and she wasn't afraid to call him out when he was being an ass "Chickens%#$" was my favorite!

If you have never read Jessica Lemmon, you can start with THE BILLIONAIRE BACHELOR because it's the first in a new series, and will give you an entertaining and SUPER sexy romance from page one to the end! *Top Tasty Read 2016 *5 Stars

I really liked/loved this book!!! Reese and Merina were perfectly matched. She could see right through him at times. I loved all the characters: Reese, Merina, Tag and Alex (hope he finds love again!! He deserves it after retirement). Like his sons Alex could also have women swooning over him too!!! This book has humor, emotions, intelligent and savvy characters who are so rich. You will laugh and cry. I love books where OW are interfering and jealous which adds spice to the story. Merina is a mess with me if you dare kind of woman and loved her strength and courage before, during and after the fake wedding. All in all, great book. A must read!!!

When I started reading The Billionaire Bachelor, I was not sure how Lemmon could make Reese Crane likable, but she brought out his hidden depths. He comes off as a cold man, but he has hidden depths. I love how Merina stands up to him to protect her family's legacy, it takes a strong woman to put but with Reese Crane. A very passionate love story, with plenty of witty dialogue you come to expect from Lemmon's writing.

Loved this book! I whizzed through it. Jessica Lemmon is one of my favourite authors and this had been on my 'to read' list for a while. She has such a lovely way of writing that draws you into the story so quickly and keeps you hooked.

Merina's family had owned a boutique hotel for years but, unbeknownst to her, her parents had sold it 6 months earlier as they couldn't afford it for a variety of reasons. Merina found this out when they started changing things, so she stormed around to Reese Crane, the new owner, and let him know what she thought of him changing the unique character of 'her' hotel.

Reese was, hopefully, taking over as CEO from his Father, who was retiring in 6 months. Unfortunately he had a board to answer to and they weren't keen on his ladies man reputation. So Reesee decided that he needed a wife and Merina fit the bill perfectly. So he persuaded Merina to play along and let the world believe they had a whirlwind relationship followed by a quick marriage, but promised a quiet divorce in six months. That way the board would believe he was a settled family man and he'd have no problem taking over from his Father. In return Merina would get 'her' hotel back in the divorce settlement.

Merina was very reluctant, but went along with it in order to get the hotel back and keep all her staff in employment, many of whom had been there years, and of course keep her parents at the hotel too. But she couldn't tell anyone, including her parents.

There was an instant attraction between Merina and Reese and, as they showed their fake relationship to the world/press etc., their feelings towards each other began changing, even though they both fought it. I really loved both their characters, but especially Merina. She was so strong and yet soft too. I absolutely loved the put-down to Reese's nasty ex at her father-in-law's party, letting her know exactly what she thought but in a very ladylike manner!

This was a lovely, easy-reading, feel-good story that I really, really enjoyed. There are three brothers in this series, so I can't wait to read the other two now.

Ever finish a book and think “I’m going to miss those characters?”

I stumbled across this book because of the app ‘Chapters’ and enjoyed it so I purchased the novel. I loved this book and wanted more but it finished perfectly.
Takes a while to warm to the characters but that’s what makes the ending perfect because there’s effort involved!
I really hope Reese and Merina are part of Tags storyline in the next book!

What a great read. Romantic, sexy and with brilliant characters you warm too and root for. Wonderful, witty writing with a great backstory and ending. This book is part of a trilogy but each can be read as a standalone. I enjoyed this so much, I bought the next book in the series straightaway.
