All Hail the QUEEN is BACK!!!!
This was an amazing rendition of the original and the movies that Denzel Washington starred in, Queen Latifah and her crew were on point! I loved the action and the tag lines in between her kicking the bad guys butt...lol I am already hooked and can't wait for the next episode. Its great to see one of our icons reinvent themselves into a modern day super hero.

The pilot was AWESOME!
I love this reimagined vigilante series with Queen Latifah as a strong, wise, cunning, and capable equalizer.

Unlike the 2014 and 2018 film versions which featured Denzel Washington as a former CIA officer who looks out for his friends, coworkers, and neighbors; Queen Latifah's character (Robyn McCall) is a divorced woman with a teenage daughter. I think having a daughter and needing to split her attention between justice and her family makes the character more relatable in a way that Denezel's character was not.

While Denzel's character attacks problems as a loner with lots of controlled but deadly violence, Queen Latifah has a support team. Although she's capable of duking it out, she can also coordinate her team to take down the bad guys with surgical precision.

I look forward to seeing how this series develops.

Being an absolute fan of Robert McCall, I can assure anyone that enjoys the genre that Queen Latifah brings as much if not more, from a female point of view, as Robin McCall.
From first to last, the show was riveting! ASAP I intend to have access to the entire season and I hope there will be many more after this one.
Trust me when I say that the lady will surprise the hell out of you.

All Agenda, Little Truth

Suckered again. Because of hype about association with the real Equalizer series I purchased this season series. Now I find it's about pushing agenda as if it were a Godly thing to do and thus should be universally accepted regardless of facts. I thought I was buying entertainment not politics. BTW, politicians lie.

Good theme and great fighting action
Queen Latifah is so cool in this episode. I will love to continue to watch this series. I always wonder why she has not been making this type of genre as it shows the really cool side of her! Also, Queen is very charismatic in her role.
