How customer reviews and ratings work

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I really do hope you do turn this into a series please. The book was amazing😊 but i hope the others will be adult books. i really do think it be really good with some steam😉 and love to have Dom pov in it.
I also hope its about Jess and Dom i feel like there story it not finished!!!! Before you go to different people. Like to read them go all the way though with the mating!!!
If you like emotional, love, lost, violence, action, jealousy, little drama, great storyline. I little heat 😉 then stop what you are doing and read this book.

3.0 out of 5 starsAn okay read

The Pack vaguely reminded me of Claire Ferrell's Cursed series or the Morse sisters' Howl series with a little Twilight thrown in. New girl at school, Jess, watches the mysterious group of students across the lunchroom.

There is quite a bit going on in this book...rocky parental relationships, from riches to rags, a teacher-student romance, another teacher's blatant jealousy, and two packs fighting. Those are just the highlights. And yet, I wasn't as invested in the story as I felt I should have been. I know it's fiction but we are supposed to believe whatever is going on within the world or parameters the author creates. It was difficult when everything is mostly resolved behind the scenes or actions make no sense.

A teacher whom refuses to date carelessly and somewhat aggressively pursues a student and no one says anything to him? How did they find out the other teacher planted the knife? A sheriff acts like this one and they let him walk off with the Jess? The father, out of the blue grows a back bone? The mother shows up which makes no sense. Jess stays with a friend her dad never met, doesn't even talk to his daughter, but it's okay to stay out all night?

There's so much more, including good editing needed. This book could have been better if the characters, their actions and the plot had been fully developed.

This story hooked me and kept me reading until it ended. There is that flutter chemistry with a slight taboo that keeps things edgy while danger & suspense kept the adrenaline & story flowing. This story has material that is better suited to mature young adults. There is violence, sexual inuendo, non-con issues discussed, under/over 18 age & job position situation complications, family issues, some laugh out loud moments, pitter patter moments.... Fans of Vampire Diaries, Twilight, Teen Wolf would likely enjoy the chemistry fix this quick & entertaining read provides.

4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting!

This book felt like it was an interesting twist on Twilight, like what would happen if there was no vampires in the story. The wolf pack dynamics were interesting to read about. The first three quarters of the book were slow because it was set-up, but the last quarter of the book was fast-paced, and was really good. I’d recommend this book to those who like Twilight and shifter romance. This is kind of a fated mates story, but it’s very slow burn. The ending is very sweet, though.

I loved this book! It had me laughing like an idiot. I loved the relationship between Dom and Jess. It was enough to keep you wondering what was going to happen. I just wish it was longer, I felt like it was a story left unfinished. I saw no indication that there is to be a sequel so I wish we got to find out how it worked out with Caleb being alpha and if the rivals retaliate. It would have been nice seeing a reunion between brother, sister and father as well. Over all a great book... just I would love to have a sequel.

3.0 out of 5 stars Fast read, but good

So I liked the lead in even if it seemed similar to other stores. The building of the characters was happening with some not so great with others. The action scenes were nail biting even missing some detail you felt the adrenaline. The ending was leading up nicely but felt kinda flat. Honestly I really loved the book, I just felt like it was just so close to great and not sure what was missing to put it over the top. I instantly got the next in the series which says a lot. Check it out as it is not boring, and Dom is smoking hot.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great read! Kristin Coley makes her shifter world a plausible reality for her central character Jess.

When life gives Jess an unpleasant reality check, she decides to live with her newly divorced father. This change in geography and financial circumstances, will lead her to find what she has always unknowingly wanted, a home filled with love. But this home comes with a new set of problems in the shape of shifters! A very fast and enjoyable read. I look forward to the next book in the series.

Awesome first book in the series. Dom is a bit of a jerk at first but he mellows a tiny bit . I can’t believe the FMC is such a baddie I like her . Yup absolutely hate her mom though she’s pure evil

Great story line. I was able to relate to the characters and feel like I'm right there in the story too. But It needs more i feel it was left in a cliffhanger. I want more and that's why I have it 4 stars instead of 5. So I hope she makes this a series.

2.0 out of 5 stars 'S is used to show possession. Not make a name plural
Reviewed in the United States on August 5, 2021

Maybe it's a little thing to others, but I find it so distracting when the 's is misused. I read it as possessive, and not plural as I'm sure the author intends.
