I love this series. And I love the different types of zombies and the vampires. But I have to admit Mike is getting a little stale. When is there going to be any character development? After all these books he's still the same. At what point is he going to acquire any skill? Nothing he does is accomplished through actual skill or planning. Everything is dumb luck. It's getting a little old. I'll still read every book in this series but I would love to see a Mike Talbot that can start learning and growing. It makes me not really all that excited about the Lycan fallout series. He's probably the same bumbling idiot (love you Mike!) he is now.

You've read all this series, you've read all his other Talbot adventurers and his collaborations with other authors. You know Mike Talbot better than some of your friends. You've laughed, you've had your heart ripped out every time someone passes, and you've anxiously waited for the next installment over and over and over... You've wished you could reach into the book and take care of the bad guys giving Mike and Co a hard time ( you know who I mean). I don't need to tell you this is another great installment in the ZF series. I don't need to tell you I can't wait for the next book. You know the drill, Mike is in... it... and you can't wait to find out what happens.

Actually, great series!.Mark Tufo is a fabulous writer. He took flat, black works on white paper and turned them into people you'll love. The ones who you hope you can be with during the apocalypse! Funny how we're in the middle of a covid pandemic now and they are rushing out a vaccine. 😳 hmmm.....

From the moment we meet Eliza in the parking lot then all the way to Etna Station , I knew I was reading great stuff, but it seemed different from my other post apocalyptic books. His style and his characters are really unique to him. Mark Tufo has managed to bring us along with Mike and family on a wonderful journey. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

What can one say about Mark Tufo's Zombie Fallout Series. We are now up to 13.5 and each one is perfect, at least to me they are. How about funny and horrowish! If you like Zombies you will not be disappointed and if you like a little comedy thrown in you will not be disappointed. This one called The Perfect Betrayal is just perfect I suppose you would say. Starts out so funny, then frightening, then back to funny as all of Mr. Talbot's episodes do. OH and there are some mysteries thrown in also this time. And the ending just leaves you with a lot of questions and hopefully we will get answers in NO. 14. Start from the beginning of this series....I guarantee you will love everyone.
