Lots of intrigue, trying to find a safe place to survive, unexpected twists. A very interesting read. Does have a little cursing (not too bad), and a lot of it is centered around good guys against bad guys, but there's just enough of a story line outside of that to get the reader involved with the characters and what is going on. Would have liked to read more about how they were surviving and living in their new world (other than the fighting) after things settled down a bit for them.
