I'm a big fan of Antony Cummins' Ultimate Art of War, so I very much looked forward to this book.
Unlike that book, which was guided by Sun Tzu's text, this is Antony breaking down yinyang by his own order and flow, based on various sources. From time to time there are pictures to help illustrate a point and he references classic stories and the like.
I very much enjoy learning from past teachings, and so I enjoyed this. Yin and yang are everywhere! It's added a new way of seeing the world, and I think highly of any book that can do that.
The ebook is well put together. I've noticed no formatting issues or anything else bad. I actually received a physical copy to review for free, and that is a very nice book. But I ended up buying the ebook and doing most of my reading over the past couple days with it (out of convenience), which was well worth the purchase! So go with your preference as both are of great quality.

I bought this book as part of my study by the Ying-Yang and the universal worldview of the East, it is really surprising, a kind of easily explanatory manual above all this issue, with this topic academically highlighting.Very complete in its content and with an impeccable presentation, the Hardcover edition that I have is really beautiful and well printed, it is worth totally without abstract speeches, I highly recommend it to all those interested in the study of Asian esotericism. This book is the base, the real base of everything.

The Ultimate Guide Series is a collection that starts with the Art of War and now continues with Yin Yang! This book has a little something for everyone. If you are martial arts education researcher, a martial practitioner, or a avid reader of eastern philosophy then look no further. Yin Yang offers a glimpse into many aspects of life, starting with the Universe, the Ancient World, Warfare, and even Finding your Way in modern times. An extensive, enjoyable text and one that is masterfully written. Highly recommend!

This book is a very comprehensive introduction to the theory of Yin and Yang that allows the beginner and advanced student, a very in-depth look at the origins and teachings of this important system.
As a teacher of Buddhism and martial arts, it is a key component that is usually missing from most people's comprehension of the very basic culture and beliefs of the East.
Without this fundamental understanding, it is very difficult and in many ways limited, as to how deeply one can go into a more in-depth study. I am very happy that this book exists.
If you were to try to collect and verify this information on your own it would take a incredible amount of research and study. Hi myself over many years collected this information as well. I was happily surprised when I was able to verify that my research and study is in harmony with this book. Also, the way it is organized is marvelous. Another A+ in my book.
