Another problem I had with this book is that the author is too concerned with the multiple secondary characters found either in the first or subsequent books in the series. This unnecessarily slowed and confused the main action.
The premise and general plot are very good. The execution is weak. Compared to Lisa Clark O'Neill, Roxanne St Claire's Bullet Catcher series, or Cindy Gerard this is very second rate.
Many clues and information make this an interesting mystery. Also some of the Tracers from the Delphi group become part of this story. My only complaint is that the author gives us too much information about the killer midway through the book, but there is still a nice twist at the end when the killer and his motive are finally revealed. A good second book in this series.
This book will keep you intersted is a good mystery with romantic element. I finished it in 2 days. I like the character development. Elaina is a strong woman trying make it against the odds with fellow employees not wanting her to make it. (could have had more detail on exactly why they did not want her to make it). Troy is a strong, good looking character that is independant also and is attracted to Elaina from the begining. Their relatinship grows fairly well in the story. (could have had a little more romance)Was overall a very good read and I enjoyed very much, good author who I will continue to read.
