Yes, I have a flair for the dramatic, but that’s not the case this time around.
Dracula has been lying to me, and now, we’re both going to pay the price.
Kidnapped by Mason’s mom, the infamous Medusa, I discover even more secrets concerning my lineage and future. And these secrets?
They could completely annihilate the world
To make matters worse, our group has been fractured.
Jack and Hux are acting suspicious.
Dimitri Gray’s behaving like a raging asshole.
Barret’s being cagy.
Mason’s struggling with his inner demons.
And Cal? He’s MIA.
With Vin and Frankie by my side, we must work together to uncover the truth about my birthright and complete the final round of the Roaring.
If we win, we live.
If we lose…
Well…
A god-blessed dagger to the chest might be less painful than what the future has in store for us. It’s a good thing that this badass monster has some venom of her own.
This is a dark comedy reverse harem romance that features strong language, violence, and sexual situations. This will also contain minor MM themes.
This book will end on a minor cliffhanger.

It's kinda heartbreaking that a series and characters I adore so much, that I've read book one and two multiple times each, could be so utterly ruined by cringe worthy scenes and sheer stupidity.
Went from five star reads in both previous books to a one in this one, and if I had to pin point only one reason for that I'd have to guess it was because the author cracked herself up so much she just kept going.
For some this will be a hilarious 5 star read, but for others I think it will fall flat then for those like me and the one star reviewer who said "they made her a brainless girl" she pretty much sums it up nicely in her title "Naked stupes girl".
There is a fine line between hilarious over the top humor and over the top to the point you are cringing and skipping through it, but it just keeps happening then getting worse until it just sours the series and characters for you.
Spoilers ahead!!!!!!!
This book was unfortunately the latter for me she was just kidnapped and almost killed and she has some of her guys missing while another is in terrible condition and going through withdrawals so bad they put him in a coma and two of them are trying to find out what happened to her and if she's okay.
Yet, the author has her naked but instead of her getting dressed or one of the guys putting their shirt on her so they can get answers she decides to just start fondling herself which escalates and I'm sure you can guess where this ends up all while she answers their questions in between. Ugh.
Just ridiculous really and the sad part she just basically did the same song and dance right before with Dimitri after he rejected her and said cruel things to her, and her brilliant idea was to start jogging naked then touching herself until she grabs a whisk and well puts it inside her again and again until they both are licking it. The entire time I'm just ugh gross...have some self respect girl!
I wish it got better but it didn't. All the rambling and weirdness of Violet rode that fine line in previous books but in this one she killed the line and went way beyond it.
I found myself totally agreeing with Alex questioning why any guy would want to be with her and let's be honest if it wasn't for the mate bond they probably wouldn't, because in this book she is beyond dumb and who wants to be in a relationship with someone who acts like a preschooler who you have to constantly baby sit.
She knows everyone hates her and wants to kill her but let's just keep saying the stupidest things to rile them up. She acts like she's tough and doesn't like that the guys don't think she can take care of herself and I'm like wake up and take a long hard look at yourself.
How many times you've had to be rescued, how many times you've made bad decisions, or made things worse by running your mouth? You are a liability girl! What was cute before just grated on me because it was beyond anything in the previous books.
I've been a huge Katie May fan since her first series and I think she's brilliant and usually she's really good at knowing how to create weird and unique characters that you love and how to ride the fine line between hilarious and please make it stop because it's so bad without ever crossing over. Unfortunately, the last few books of hers I've read have been hitting that line and crossing over but not to this bad a degree.
Still I didn't want to write a bad review or anything less than a 4 or 5 so they've been stuck in my KU awaiting the time I magically came up with the right words, but after this I'm starting to worry about all the beloved series I'm waiting on her to finish. I don't want to be rude but please don't change the writing style and characters because they are perfect.
Even the guys in this book lost a bit of themselves or maybe it was just my respect who knows really but at this point I'm just sad and a bit let down.
This was definitely a miss for me.
We pick up right where The Roaring left off. We are still knee deep in drama with Violet. She is a magnet for trouble. Her men are standing by her side best they can when a few of them are deep in their own trouble. Cal and Barret so need to figure their Sexy selves out. Balor that freaking turd. That’s all I’m saying on that without dropping spoilers. Dimitri his wicked tongue has me feeling all the things lol he is a sexy bad bad man.
Lastly Vs dad and I mean the bio one. WTF is going on with him? I cant wait for the next book to see what will happen next.

Violet legit kills me with her monologues wether they’re internal or out loud. The guys…I adore their feelings for her so so much. And holy hotness the steam is freakin amazing!!!!
If I wasn’t already dying for the next book that cliffhanger would have solidified it. The fate of so many people plus with so many questions left unanswered I’m salivating like Violet when she checks out her men’s pulses lol. 5/5 stars for sure 🖤
