Who doesn’t love a good story, especially when the protagonist is an underdog?  Reading “The Voice of the Underdog” I felt like I was sitting in a coffee shop on a Sunday afternoon, listening to two guys generously share everything they have learned through a lifetime of work about human nature. It is laced together with great stories and lessons learned, that demonstrate the marriage of culture and brand.  “Voice of the Underdog” is a recipe for building a culture where creativity is celebrated and every contributor feels valued through a shared connection, integrity, central mission and space to shine.  Highly recommend this book for leaders, and the leaders by example, to gain new insights about how closely our sense of connection to our mission affects the brand and ultimately, the customer’s perception and experience.
