I strongly recommend reading another book in their series as well- How To Multiply Your Babies Intelligence. That one goes over many of the other programs in great detail so you can do them at home. You can always call or email the staff from iahp.org and they can answer questions for you (you have to have read this book 1st though, makes sense so they aren't answering the same questions over and over).
To those that complain about the biography stuff, don't let that stop you from the knowledge in this series. I skip through and go back and forth, you don't have to read straight through.
To those that complain about time, even doing a little of the program is better than none... it can't hurt to try.
Best wishes to all of you seeking help.
I've made it half way through, and have found it tedious. The narrative sounds much like my university professors who had 5 minutes of relevant information, but took the whole hour to convey it. It's coming across as a sales pitch for his line of books and courses.
