The second half is health related, from sunburn prevention to treatment of injury.
A lot of very practical and useful information. My Bible.

It is for example re-assuring to learn that it can be quite normal when your toddler has separation anxieties, tantrums or suddenly starts hitting. I found the advice given how to handle this very good in most instances, and feel it matches my and my husband's (who is a psychiatrist) education style which among other things is based on respect for both the child and his/her surrounding, and recognizes what a child can and cannot yet understand at different stages of his/her development.

It's fully guided instruction - what your toddler will be doing at a certain moment of developing, also you will find out that you are not alone dealing with some kind of problems...at least it helps me to undertand that some pro of behaviour is normal for toddlers and my boy isn't worser\better than neigbours' one, for example, he is normally developing and I know how to help him\ myself ... and what to expect
