The world has ended. All that remains are gangs of children living among the ruins. But Sid believes there must be something more out there. When she disappears into the wastelands, her gang will risk everything to bring her home. A story about the things that matter most—your survival, your loved ones, and your record collection.
With Sid missing, her family must leave the comfort of their home in a desperate search for her. But the world beyond their walls is not a friendly place. Ask the wrong questions, and you may find out the hard way that you can never go home.
The gang finds a clue about Sid’s disappearance, but it’s not what they hoped for. And sometimes a cozy home, a cup of cocoa, and a slice of raccoon pie aren’t as kind as they seem. Time to fight some Grown-Ups!
Is that Sid?
There are fights to be fought, bargains to be struck, and roads to be hit. But when it all comes together, will it be enough to tear the gang apart? Alabama is betting her life that it won’t.
Also, are you reading CROSSOVER? I love that book so much.
Prufrock chases a ghost, Oberon fights for his life, and Alabama’s deal to save her family collapses before her eyes. It’s the end of the road for the Academy as they know it, but they are going down swinging in this shocking conclusion to the first arc. After this, nothing will ever be the same ever again.
A look back at the night known as “Cityfall” finds a father on the run with his children, but the road can only take you so far. And as one society collapses, another begins to form. But what role do the Strangers play in both?
That's all, folks!
And you may find yourself living in a record store. And you may find yourself in another part of the world. And you may find yourself behind the walls of an unknown city. And you may find yourself in a beautiful field, with a beautiful dog. And you may ask yourself, “Well, how did we get here?”
Sid’s story revealed! The game-changing second arc to one of the year’s biggest books starts here. Dark secrets are uncovered as we discover why Sid had to leave the Academy, where she went, and what she did. This issue has it all—a betrayal! A rescue! An escape! Some Daves! And the Strangers reveal a shocking truth!
After almost being killed at The Carnival, Oberon's situation goes from bad to worse. Now he must face the most dangerous family there is. But will the children turned animals known only as 'The Wild' take pity on our lost boy? What he will have to do to survive may change everything we know!
After the shocking revelations in the last issue, we fall back into Sid’s journey. We’ll see some “old” familiar faces and some horrifying new ones as she fights for her life against the most dangerous threat yet.
Two members of the Academy are trapped in the land of “The Keepers” for their crimes. Life there is brutal, heartbreaking, and short. But tonight, there's gonna be a jailbreak.

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

Matthew Rosenberg is the award-winning, powerfully handsome, shockingly clever, and painfully modest writer of comics such as What's The Furthest Place From Here?, 4 Kids Walk Into a Bank, and We Can Never Go Home. He has also written a lot of comics about angry people in tights, such as Uncanny X-Men, The Punisher, Hawkeye Freefall, DC vs. Vampires, Task Force Z, and The Joker. Weirdly, he once co-wrote an album with a member of the Wu-Tang Clan. He was born and raised in New York City, where he can still not be seen.
